good

Pros: The hotel is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. There's a family-run pizza place nearby that's really delicious.

No just any hotel

Pros: I liked how kind the staff was. Unfortunately I came to Palermo on an emergency visit to ISMETT. The staff there made my stay there much easier with their understanding and patience. I truly recommend it

Cons: I have no complaints whatsoever

Nice hotel, good value for money. Not very comfortable location, 15 min walk to tourist locations.

Pros: Big well furnished room. Nice garden at the hotel territory. Quiet place.

Cons: Lighting in the room, breakfast variety.

Pros: spacious quiet room, comfortable big bed and big bathroom

Cons: poor breakfast, poor dirty surroundings near the hotel, difficult access to downtown

Clean and cozy with some disadvantages

Pros: It is great that you can make a complete dark in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful

Cons: Sound isolation of the room. You can hear everything from outside, and the reception right next to the room. Staff talking loud on the phone, on the speaker, was making it hard for us to fall asleep in the afternoon after traveling all night.
