Ideal cosy hotel near city centre

Pros: Very quirky design with a suspended glass floor in the dining room and iconic scooters on the walls in places. The room was extremely comfortable and quiet for such a central location. The included breakfast was very generous too.

Impecable service and one of the best breakfast ever!

Pros: Location was great! Alesandro the owner was so accommodating to give us a room for 6 hours as we were too early for checking in as our plan changed because of train strike. Even gave us breakfast on check in🤩 and upgraded us!!

Cons: Just the pillows a little bit too soft for our liking otherwise, one of the best hotels.

Great place for a short stay!

Pros: Superb, friendly, helpful staff. Made welcome from the first second. Room comfortable if a little hickelty-puckelty, no real sense of style. Bathroom lovely. Breakfast service slow but offerings fabulous! Fruitplatter was amazing!

Cons: Bed gave in to one side, so if you slept on left, you almost rolled out of bed. Maybe old mattress? Street outside noisy until midnight, take earplugs, they helped. At breakfast there is no menu, you just get given different things, a lot of sweet pastries that I sent back, as prefer savoury brekkie. Loved the cheeses and charcuterie, great coffee! We never got told anything about the spa part of the hotel.

Pros: Amazing and helpful staff. Great unique facilities. Generous breakfast.

Cons: Chairs on the balcony, some drinking glasses in the room and some butter and something savoury on the breakfast and the rate would have been 10/10

Fantastic stay

Pros: What a fantastic place. Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was ridiculously good and we didn’t have to eat again until the evening. Our kids loved a dip in the pool at the end of a busy day.

Palermo as we wanted

Pros: Very good breakfast and very generous. We didn't need to eat anything else until the evening. The staff are all very friendly. The owner is charming and at the hotel almost every day. The location is incredible.
