Pros: I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Palermo and was thoroughly impressed. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city with stunning views that truly enhance the experience. The entire property has been beautifully renovated, offering an elegant and warm atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally professional, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. One of my favorite features was the jacuzzi on the terrace - it’s an amazing spot to relax and take in the breathtaking cityscape. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo and will definitely come back for my next trip.

The location is ideal for walking around Palermo, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. A great choice for anyone looking for something elegant and central.

Pros: Hotel Palazzo Balsamo is a real gem right in the heart of Palermo’s old town, on the main street full of history, beauty and great atmosphere. The place is spotless, super well maintained, and feels brand new and very chic. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, real Southern Italian hospitality, pure dolce vita! Our room was beautiful and so comfortable, with one of the best beds and showers I’ve ever had in a hotel. The breakfast was just amazing, more like a full meal, with plenty of fresh, local products. What I loved most is the attention to detail and the warm, genuine way they take care of guests. It made our stay so relaxing and stress-free. We can’t wait to come back!

Eine Traumunterkunft

Pros: Dieses wundervolle Boutiquehotel ist bis auf das kleinste Detail liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Whirlpool auf der Dachterrasse ist einfach ein Traum und das Frühstück ist großartig. Wir würden immer wieder dort übernachten. Besser geht es nicht und wir sind sehr sehr dankbar für die schöne Zeit dort.
