Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, location was great with parking right next to it.

Short stay in Palermo

Pros: We only stayed for one night. The place is a 10-minute walk from the train and bus station. The room was small, but there was enough space for two people. The welcoming staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The walls are pretty thin, so you can hear noise from neighbouring rooms. However, as the rooms are located in the courtyard, there is no street noise.

Quirky but perfect

Pros: The staff were great and very helpful with my questions. Nothing seemed too much trouble to them. The cleanliness of the hotel and my room was good. I have no complaints about my stay here. In fact I'm booked to stay in again.

Pros: Amazing staff, really helpful for all the questions we made. Room were nice and clean, specially the roof top one. Location is great to park a car and around 20 minutes walking from main attractions, so if you come to Palermo with a car I will really encourage to stay at this property

Pros: My mother and I stayed at the Hospitality Hotel for a week to be close to my father, who was undergoing surgery at ISMETT in Palermo. Despite the circumstances, our experience at the hotel was truly comforting. The hotel is impeccably clean and remarkably quiet, providing a peaceful environment that allowed us to rest and recharge. The internet connection was reliable and fast, making it easy for me to keep up with work during our stay. A special mention goes to Emanuele and Giuseppe at the reception — two genuinely kind and attentive men who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and supported. Their warmth and readiness to assist with any request were invaluable during a challenging time. I wholeheartedly recommend the Hospitality Hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable, quiet, and welcoming place to stay in Palermo. It truly lived up to its name — offering genuine hospitality when we needed it most.

Good place to stay several days.

Pros: Close to bus/train station, walking distance (20 min) to old town. Not so loud, even it is close to the hospital, no ambulance was heard. We have room for 3 people, therefore there was additional bed in the second \

Cons: Palermo is full of trash, so at first the area does not look nice, however I think around the hotel it was safe. The windows was not really soundproof, but in the evening it was rather quiet area.

Very relaxing and comfortable

Pros: The breakfast was good and a reasonable price. The room was comfortable and clean and the daily clean was thorough.

Pros: The staff (Giovanni) was very helpful and nice. Breakfast surprisingly good for 7€ per Person. The room was clean and they cleaned It daily. Very good value for the money.

Cons: The location was a bit far from the city centre but still walkable so not a big issue.
