Pros: A pleasent, clean and cosy hotel. Nice helpful staff. Central and good location. Nice breakfast in the morning.

Cons: I missed a little refrigerator and a waterboiler to be able to make some Te or Coffee in the evening.

Pros: The staff was amazing! Very kind and helpful. We liked the breakfast too; it was simple but good. The location is great, close to train station.

Great hotel

Pros: The hotel was about 5 mins from the train station and about 10-15 min into the historical part of Palermo. Very centrally placed. Even though the hotel could do with uplift the staff were lovely. They were friendly especially the girls at breakfast. They customize your coffee individually and remember the next time. My room was at the back so very quiet. Breakfast was good.

Great value and fantastic for a 1/2 night stay.

Pros: Great location, great price and breakfast included! Honestly great value for money highly recommend!

Cons: Beds were slightly uncomfortable two single beds together for a big bed and the bathroom was slightly outdated.

Pros: Everything was ok. The staff was very nice and attentive. Cleaning was every day. Breakfast was good. Close to the center and railway and bus station. Lidl is nearby.

Cons: Very noisy, because the street is pretty close. No proper protection because the house is very old.

Pros: Really friendly and helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, top location, fast en reliable wifi, good airco.

Cons: There was no fridge in the room, even though is was in the room description. Quite a lot of street noise, but that's not the hotel's fault.

Lovely people!

Pros: Lovely people who work there! They are always happy to help you or give advice. The view from my balcony was amazing when the sun was going down.

Cons: I know it is a noisy big main street but it is common in the south of Italy or in this case Palermo Sicilia. It is their culture. You get the vibe after a few days. Nothing to worry about!
