Worth staying in the center of Palermo Old city
Pros: The host was super nice and very communicative. The apartment has everything for the long and short stay. The location is direct in the old city and everything is accessible via foot.
Cons: There is a cost for washing the clothes and it is not good for the ones living for longer duration.

You perfect staying in Palermo.
Pros: Everything about this apartment was perfect: it was new, clean, centrally located, and very comfortable. The location is convenient with everything a walk distance, and the excellent soundproofing means you barely hear any street noise. The bed is cozy, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the hosts are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this place. A quick note: the apartment is on the 3rd floor and only accessible by stairs. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we appreciated the chance to burn off some calories after indulging in pasta and arancini.
Cons: It’s not the host’s fault, but parking nearby is difficult due to the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL). I recommend downloading the PalerMobilità app, where you can purchase a daily pass. Alternatively, you can park for free on Via Francesco Crispi, past the Port of Palermo. But you do no need car in Palermo, only if you want to explore more outside of Palermo.

Nice apartment in great location!
Pros: Apartment is in the heart of city center, so everything is accessible within walking distance ! Apartment is quiet big offering you everything that you might need during your trip, well equipped kitchen (take into consideration that using washing machine and dryer is for additional cost) ,nice big bedroom and living room, both having AC and with a long nice balcony)
Cons: There is nothing that we didn't like, but just to help other travellers is that - Yes, the building was under reconstruction, so you might not go to balcony or sometimes you can hear noises while constructors work (This is temporary,I think, so check the date of this feedback :D ) - Yes, there are a lot of stairs to climb, because the apartment is on the last floor, so take this into consideration

Pros: Very convenient location however keep in mind that area gets a bit crawdad and noisy in the evenings. For us it wasn't a problem at all. Really appreciate hosts attitude, especially in terms of accommodating us earlier then official check in time. Internet works perfectly.
Cons: Generally apartment properly equipped however there were a couple of things we were really missing in the kitchen like cooking knife.

Idealne na city break! Lokalizacja TOP! Obsługa też.
Pros: 4 noce, dwie osoby, luty 26'. Lokalizacja TOP! Blisko do morza, na stare miasto, na dworzec jak i do sklepów i restauracji. Mega wygoda. A przy okazji blisko do głównej ulicy skąd można złapać busy w inne części miasta. Wygodne duże łóżko i poduszki. Przestronne pokoje. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Duże okna. Kaloryfery i klimatyzacja z opcją grzania co jest dużym plusem bo nie w każdym miejscu bywa ogrzewanie na południu Europy. A lecąc w lutym przydało się. Dostępne ręczniki i kosmetyki. Sprawny i szybki kontakt z obsługą. Dziękujemy i polecamy!
Cons: Pralka i suszarka do ubrań za dodatkową opłatą (akurat nie korzystaliśmy) ale podczas nawet długiego pobytu zrobi się max 1-2 prania. Mogłoby to już być w cenie wynajmu. Miło byłoby gdyby do dyspozycji było więcej kapsułek kawy do ekspresu, ale to drobnostka ;) Lokal znajduje się na 3 pietrze. Nie jest to minus ale może mieć to znaczenie dla osób z ograniczoną mobilnością.

Tolle Tage in Palermo!
Pros: Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und liegt perfekt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war super! Der Self-Check-Inn war gut erklärt und mit Fotos dokumentiert. Und ich konnte sogar einiges früher schon ins Apartment! Ich hatte ein paar tolle Tage in Palermo!

Pros: Cercanía a la estación de autobuses, la ubicación para visitar la ciudad y cómo estaba equipado el apartamento. Todo nuevo. Buen aislamiento de ventanas y puertas de balcón.
Cons: Cuando llegamos, el edificio estaba con andamios porque estaban de obras y la primera imagen no fue buena, además las escaleras tienen bastante pendiente. Pero cuando entramos en el piso la sorpresa fue MUY AGRADABLE.

Meravigliosa Gemma al centro di Palermo
Pros: L’appartamento veramente bello, moderno con aria condizionata e attrezzato per ogni evenienza familiare e non.
Cons: L’unica cosa che posso dire è che è al terzo piano senza ascensore, ma questa cosa a noi non è poi così dispiaciuta per tenerci in movimento.
