A hotel for older clients in a perfect location

Pros: Hotel: Great staff, helpful. Every day there was free prosecco at the reception. In the arcade by the entrance gate there was a nice relaxation corner for smokers, for example. Room: The room was very very spacious. The bathroom also had a huge bathtub. The view was of the courtyard, i.e. of some ruins/construction in progress, but that didn't bother me personally. Breakfast: The breakfast was standard, nothing special, but you had a pretty decent selection, so no problem. Location: Ten out of ten points, there's nothing to complain about here.

Cons: Hotel: The equipment was a bit outdated, but the hotel made an overall impression, everything worked together somehow. Room: The room's equipment has already seen some wear, but again, I personally didn't mind it at all.

Central charming palazzo with super services

Pros: Located in the very centre of the old town, this hotel or palazzo features an „old school“ appeal that we much appreciated.Foyer, entry, restaurant and breakfast room are spacious and lusciously decorated. Staff is professional, attentive and friendly. We had a not very big room with a little terrace, the bed was very large und comfortable. There was a daily room service, towels were exchanged, everything was clean. The breakfast was outstanding. Thank you!

Cons: If you prefer modern design and perfect functionality, look for something else.

Well located, excellent breakfast

Pros: Excellent location 50 metres from the Quattro Canti. The hotel is in a lovely old building so expect some quirks! The pastries at the buffet breakfast are delicious and you fill your own cannoli.

Cons: The rooms are well insulated from the outside/street noise however they're not that well sound proofed from your neighbours.

Nice stay

Pros: The location was excellent; you have many places close by, including restaurants, pharmacies, and even a supermarket, all within a 10-minute walk. The hotel is truly pretty, it is clean, they have good choices for breakfast, and the people who work there are super helpful and polite, always greeting us in the best way possible.

Cons: We have no complaints about the hotel, a lot of places to see are nearby otherwise we wouldn't have seen them as this city has an awful transport system but it's just that.

Excellent stay

Pros: Staff were excellent. We had a small problem which was fixed immediately. Also, asked for some extra tea and coffee for the room at the front desk, by the time we got to our room the staff were already there with the extras we had asked for. Room and beds was very comfortable. Will definitely be staying there again.

Cons: We had only booked two nights, we should have stayed longer 😀

A good value smart hotel in the center of everything

Pros: Lovely hotel in a beautiful building. Very good location and helpful staff.

Cons: The wifi was erractic and the lift felt a little worn.

Pros: Superb location! Wonderful staff. Great room. Great breakfast. We loved the location and in particular the attention to detail provided by the fantastic staff. We would always recommend this place!

Pros: Locality was perfect i been in city center, staff was helpful and friendly.

Cons: I deliberately chose the most expensive room available with a double bed that was supposed to be connected. However, it was only connected, not separate, which completely changed the comfort. The walls were incredibly thin and I could hear everyone's snoring, sneezing, and flushing.

Great Hotel in the heart of Palermo Diwntown

Pros: Great staff , super supportive. Parking inside hotel was also a great service.
