Pros: This hotel was great, perfect location, the stuff were very kind and helpful, we got upragrated room on the 8 floor, the views were amazing, a lot of space in the room, the breakfast was delicious.

Palermo is a beautiful city. I liked staying at this hotel and being able to communicate with the Italians :)

Pros: The staff speak English and are very friendly, smiling, attentive, and extremely polite.

Cons: Sometimes the Wi-Fi connection is not stable, and at times the internet connection is slower. This is a suggestion for improvement.

Pros: The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully prepared. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

Pros: Staff were pleasant and the room was fine and comfortable, the neighbourhood isn't the best but is located well enough in walking distance to Teatro Politeama Garibaldi and Teatro Massimo. Good value

Pros: Really friendly personell, as you may expect their English is great. They informed us about nice recommendations in Palermo and we definitely saw a whole lot of diverse places in the span of 2 days. Regarding the room, although small, it is comfortable, very, very clean. Nice to come into a good hotel after a long travel. We would definitely recommend staying here for a couple of nights while exploring Palermo.

We love this place.

Pros: The host was super organized and friendly. The location is perfect (close to the center yet quiet). The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. After checking out, the host kindly kept our luggage free of charge while we strolled in the town. This is one of the best stays over the past 5 weeks in Italy. We like to come back stay again!

Pros: The hotel was great. The installations were clean and handy and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The location was not that far from the center but the neighborhood was a bit strange

Everything fully met our expectations.

Pros: We liked the location, the comfortable bed, the spacious bathroom, and the cleanliness of the room. We were also very satisfied that the hotel was accommodating when we initially made a mistake with the booking dates.

Cons: The furniture arrangement was not very practical given the non-standard room layout.
