Good location, good value for money

Pros: The hotel is at good location in a safe neighborhood, 10 minutes walking to Teatro Massimo and a few minutes from bus station. The building is itself an beautiful, old sicilian palace, with interesting eclectic decoration. The breakfast was good and various, and the staff helpful.

Cons: According to the age of the building the isolation was really poor, every noise could be heard from the neighbour rooms and bathrooms and from the corridors. The elevator is very small, actually for one person with luggage but it functioned well. The shower cabin was very small.

Art hotel in quiet area

Pros: Nice art hotel - classic- in quiet neighbourhood- a few steps from Via Roma busstops to central trainstation. - busstop Roma Stabile is best when you come from trainstation.. Very nice breakfast in this hotel- congratulations! Helpfull professional friendly staff. Walking distance to port and seaside area. Good half hour walking to cathedral and royal palace- go and find your way trough the small streets of the old town! Bus 389 to Monreale Cathedrale on the pl. Independence- go early in the morning - buy bustickets in the tabaccoshops before - 1.40 euro for one ticket... - often control on bus!. Find a free bus in Town or walk along the seaside to the botanical garden. Take a train to Cefalu. Do not joinTours- diy- Start Early!

Cons: My room in the Attic was a bit small- but it was the only room left with a double bed - which I prefer. The staff helped me with my luggage to climb the stairs- the elevator goes only to the third floor.

Grata location,great value hotel,would stay again

Pros: The location was really good, a few minutes walk to one of the main piazzas, only a ten minute walk to opera house, there’s lots of bars and restaurants close by, staff were friendly,this is basic Italian,clean friendly and great value

Cons: The toilet was quite small and not much room,but it didn’t put is off the hotel

Lovely Palermo old style Hotel

Pros: We booked this hotel because it was close to the cruise terminal. There was an elevator, our room overlooked the square, the buffet breakfast was amazing, it was opposite a pizzeria and a supermarket opposite the square. It was a beautiful old building

Cons: Despite the elevator, we still had to go up/down about 5 stairs to the room It was very narrow to get into the bathroom. I wouldn't want to be any fatter!!

Pros: Its a beautiful hotel it's like stepping back in time

Pros: Hotel was very comfortable, great location. They were able to assist with parking. ALL staff was exceptional..in particular, Mariella. She's a gem!
