Austria 🇦🇹

Pros: Good breakfast on the seventh floor, with seaside view. Staff friendly and welcoming. Clean. Comfy beds.

Cons: The hotel is fine but doesn't suit the 4 stars classification. The rooms are outdated and simple, with deteriorating furniture and badly isolated windows. All-in-all was OK though, especially for a quick stay of a couple of nights.

Great city hotel

Pros: Superb top floor breakfast room, restaurant and bar with an outdoor terrace and great views over the port area. The food was excellent and the evening buffet meal was outstanding with a huge variety of tasty local dishes. There is also a large carpark at the back of the hotel so parking is easy

Cons: The bedrooms were quirky and somewhat old fashioned

Pros: We had booked a twin room with harbour view We got a double with no view I pointed this out The lad was very apologies and immediately moved us to a fantastic room Great customer service

A comfortable and friendly hotel in a brilliant area of the city.

Pros: Fantastic hotel with friendly staff . Great room overlooking the ferries. Super breakfast with a fabulous view. Ample, easy parking in a secure lot behind.

A friendly hotel for visiting Polermo.

Pros: Excellent views of the harbour, and it was fun to watch the ferries loading and unloading. Very good breakfast and buffet supper. There was a car park behind the hotel, which was essential for us.

Cons: It was slightly further from the touristic centre than we would have liked

Great stay in Palermo

Pros: The hotel was very welcoming. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Buses locally take you into centre of town, otherwise only 15 to 20 mins of walking only to the main tourist sites. The food service was the highlight. Varied, tasty and filling breakfast. Buffet dinner was good too. The dining room staff worked relentlessly to ensure we were all fed on time and were always very friendly.
