Pros: The staff were excellent especially Anna on the front desk. Room was bright، big، and clean. Great location، we walked everywhere.

Nice big hotel just outside city center, i did not experience any dirty room or carpets

Pros: Large breakfast buffet, spacious room with clean and laminated floors.

Cons: A heavy fight at 4am in the street opposite the room with a lot of screaming where someone was beaten up severely. Palermo is definitely a bit rough.

Pros: The breakfasts were delicious, the location is nicely central (half an hour's walk from the train station up the pleasant Via Roma), the bed was huge and comfortable, the shower was hot and strong.

Great value for money

Pros: Very hospitable staff. I had a few issues with my initial stay due to delays in flights, key malfunctions and leaks in the shower. Staff at Mercure Palermo always dealt with things with a smile and great customer service. The room was lovely - nice beds, large room, big shower room, lovely body cream available as an added bonus. Towels lovely and soft, room cleaned very well. Breakfast delicious - fresh vegetables and fruits, cheese and bread. The coffee was from a machine but you can ask them to prepare fresh coffee.

Cons: It is a shame the shampoo & body wash was a combined bottle and no conditioner. Location = depends what you’ll be doing, but it’s bit far from the station (30 min walk).

Pros: Perfect . Room was clean and confortable. Breakfast was excellent. There were a lot of delicius food. We will definetly cone back and we can recomend this hotel.

Pros: Location is convenient. Room was clean and quiet spacious.

Cons: Only one lift was working. It took forever to go up and down. I took the stairs most of the time. The room was too hot.

Cons: The window of my room is attached to the emergency exit step,in some moments during my stay it was a little bit noisy.

Cons: We all hated the bads and no proper bed covers. The duvet was between two sheets and it was very uncomfortable and annoying.
