We will stay there again. Central. Clean. Staff were amazing

Pros: So very close to the center of Palermo. Breakfast was excellent. View was amazing of the piazza.

Cons: Pillows were very hard and only two were given for a double bed. However the staff quickly delivered two more softer pillows without a fuss.

Pros: Good location ideal for exploring Palermo and surrounds. Good variety offered on breakfast buffet.

Cons: We walked from station along via Roma to the hotel. It was disappointing to see that this main access road was dirty and filled with rubbish
