Pros: Wonderfully central to all my tours. Did not have to walk far to meet my guides. Lovely breakfast!

Pros: Very comfortable and smart hotel in an excellent location. The room had everything you need and the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The bus stop to the airport is a short distance away and all the sites are easy to get to on foot.

Very enjoyable

Pros: Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Convenience to major attractions and public transport options excellent

Cons: Room on street (Via Roma) - a little bit of traffic noise, but not too bad

Good value, nice team, a bit noisy in the room.

Pros: The room was always impeccably clean. The staff were mostly very helpful. The breakfast was sensational (as were the staff in the breakfast room). Value was very good.

Cons: The location was not bad, (and good for the price). The shower was extremely tiny with crappy folding plastic doors. The walls were very thin - lots of noise from adjoining rooms and plumbing.

Ok

Pros: Nice, clean hotel, good breakfast, great location, close to bus stops, old town, lots of restaurants and shops

Cons: We booked a 3-person room and got a 2-person room with an extra bed. It's not nice that the hotel website shows a much lower transfer price than what I received in the message when I wanted to book.

Pros: Hotel close to the city center, yet it was quite quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, with both sweet and savory options. The coffee was aromatic and fresh. The room was clean.
