Pros: The hotel was absolutely fantastic! Everything was perfect, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully prepared. I genuinely enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again. Highly recommended!

At home in Palermo

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Generally good. We returned a week later for another night before leaving.

Cons: The hotel, like much of Italy is a little old fashioned. It's a little out of the centre of Palermo, on the other had it had parking which was a plus!

Pros: The hotel was very good. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was generous and tasty. The room and showerroom were middle size and everything was very clean. The only problem was that the hotel is not near the old city center but next to the harbour.

A good hotel for a short stay in Parlemo

Pros: First the all the staff was incredibly nice!!! Mr. Ignazio was amazing and went above and beyond! The room was very nice and modern, the bathroom was bigger than your usual hotel bathroom.

Cons: The breakfast although nice, was a bit lacking in options. This hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, about 20 to 30 minutes by foot. Also, one should be careful of the street one takes to get to the centre as some streets have some unsavoury characters.

Lovely Place 20 min walking from center Palermo

Pros: Our stay at Ucciardhome Hotel, although short, was truly delightful. We stayed in room 103, which is lovely — spacious and comfortable. The private parking is definitely a plus, but the highlight was the service: the staff is amazing, especially Ignazio, whose kindness and great tips helped us enjoy Palermo to the fullest. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back!

Cons: Breakfast is simple, but it suited us just fine.

Nice small hotel with good accommodation and friendly/helpful staff.

Pros: Location was a bit away from the city centre but was quiet. Very good restaurant next door and pizza restaurant a couple of doors further. Staff very helpful and self service breakfast was good.

Cons: The patio area at the rear needed to be cleaned and the lighting/electrics fixed.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable.

Cons: The location was not good. It said in booking.com that it was in the centre but we took half an hour to reach the historic centre and I am a quick walker.
