Pros: While some reviews are fair (e.g. hotel being dated, walls being thin), one also has to consider other factors. The hotel is good value for money and its best asset are its employees who are just wonderful. Breakfast are very good. The location is also good if you don't mind a bit of a walk. It is directly reachable by airport bus (6 eur in October 2025), bus stop is around the corner). The hotel also has an old school Italian charme which I really appreciated. Big thank you to the staff!

Pros: Excellent location of the hotel. Very helpful and pleasant receptionists and breakfast server. The hotel is clean and tidy. Good connection to public transport. Good value for money.

I will be back

Pros: Clean, close to everything , direct bus to Mondello beach. All staff very nice but a special mention to Giovanni . Super attentive, would always greet us and if asked about any advice he would help !

Cons: Not that it’s relevant for comfort or cleanliness but rooms do need a bit of upgrade !

Great stay

Pros: A great affordable hotel, in a perfect location. Public and airport transportation is nearby, and it’s a nice short walk from the city centre. The staff is excellent! They were very kind and helpful about everything, I would come again if I visit Palermo!

Pros: The hotel is in a good location on the main street where the very useful bus line 101, the airport bus and some others pass, but it is a bit tucked away in a side street so there is no noise from outside. The breakfast is correct and the staff is extremely friendly, especially Giovanni and Giuseppe. They gave us a bigger room and let us in earlier.

Pros: Location is good within easy walking or local transport to aces of interest. Good restaurants very near by. Room was big airy and comfortable. It also had a balcony which made it feel even roomier. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Antonino on reception, Giovanni who helped me with my Italian, & Giuseppe who looked after breakfast.
