Giulio Cesare 14

Great central place with friendly staff.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Guenda went above and beyond to make the early check in possible for us as we were quite tired from the trip. Tidy place in an old building with old, thematic furniture. Location is gold, one can literally walk everywhere from here.

Pros: Common areas; extreme proximity to the railway station

Cons: The room was very noisy; difficult to sleep in; we missed an electric kettle in the room; the light above the mirror in the bathroom did not work and was not fixed even after mentioning it to the receptionist.

Good hotel very close to train station. Easy walk to the popular areas.

Pros: Very close to train station. Clean well sized rooms. We had a small kitchen with basic equipment but no kettle but one was given on request. Lovely staff at front desk. There was a large open air balcony (with sliding doors to the inside area) on level one - great to take a drink, smokers were also welcome.

Cons: Some days there was a very strange sewerage smell in the corridor of level one.

Pros: Very nice and helpful staff. The kitchenette in my room was exactly what a needed to prepare a quick breakfast. Room was very clean and checked daily. The hotel is located close to the Central Station and in a walking distance from Quattro Canti and The Botanic Garden. It was my second stay and I would certainly choose this hotel again.

Cons: Not a problem for me, but the street around the station is rather noisy, so if you want a quiet room, choose the one facing backyard.

Spacious and clean!

Pros: 10-20 minutes walk to everything we needed. The hotel couldn't be closer to the train station and that was great when we left on a train. The room was really spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned every day, and you were provided with clean towels.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable room. Great proximity to train & bus station.

Cons: No elevator or help with heavy cases.

Totally recommend.

Pros: Very confidently located. Near all transport. Walking distance to town centre and marina. Comfortable and clean. Staff helpful.

Great location if you need the station and very comfortable room.

Pros: Very close to the station and bus terminal which was a requirement for our stay. A few doors up was a restaurant run by a brother and sister, the food and service was great and we ate there on two nights.

Cons: There was no lift but the receptionist helped with our luggage so this was not an issue.

Lovely accommodation

Pros: Lovely comfy bed, spotless clean, very nice interior, staff lovely. Right beside the central station.

Cons: Bit awkward to self check in. Very noisey at night.

Pros: Great location, right by the train station. Staff is super helpful and the room was very comfortable and clean.
