Great hotel in central Palermo

Pros: Excellent location near restaurants, shops & sights. Helpful staff. On site parking. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

Cons: Noise from corridor (voices, doors etc) due to poor sound proofing woke us periodically both nights. Bad odour in bathrooms from drains.

Calm and peaceful stay

Pros: Quiet. Fantastic breakfast. Small kiosk around the corner. Beautiful decor.

Cons: Shower was tiny. Location is a little far from the main centre but felt safe. Limited dining options close by.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, pleasant rooms, nice breakfast.

Pros: It is a great place to stay. Very friendly staff. (Front desk, breakfast, cleaning). Tools are very clean as the entire hotel.

Cons: Small parking. But we could manage to Park our car every night

A nice hotel stay in the quiet residential part of Palermo.

Pros: We really liked the location, it's easy to get to the main theatres on foot. The street parking is now free in many areas all around the hotel, and the room was quiet and not facing a busy street. Breakfast was good, but I would expect more local pastries instead of generic croissants, being in Palermo. The gym is well equipped for a facility of this size.

Cons: Our room didn't have wifi reception at all, and my phone had no signal while in the room. I needed to take some work meetings online, and I had to do it at the desk in the common area. The gym is a bit complex to reach, and was lacking good ventilation.

Overall a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The location was excellent well within walking distance to the Politeama, Teatro Massima and I Quattro Canti. The room was comfortable and clean and there were really nice toiletries in the shower.

Cons: The sound of the toilet flushing from another room more noticeable during the quiet of the night but I am a light sleeper, this didn’t bother my husband.

Good choice!

Pros: A well located hotel with very friendly staff members and modern and clean rooms. The bathrooms and beds are confortable but the breakfast is rather basic in terms of ingredients and buffet options. Super nice people working in housekeeping, always smiling! We booked it because of the interesting rates (CHF 250.- per single room for three nights in June) and would return anytime again.

Cons: No electricity plugs next to the bed.
