Pros: Location and quality of the family room. The staff was nice and flexible in the misunderstanding regarding the pricing issue. They helped on the solution.

Cons: The price stated at the booking moment only considered two people (we made the search for 4 people) and this was not visible. We were surprised at the arrival with the extra amount to be paid.

Pros: Great breakfast, room was large and facing a side street which was quiet. The location is walking distance to some main attractions in Palermo, as well as the new area by the port. The staff was helpful and polite.

Pros: Spacious room, location, cleanliness, very friendly staff, tasty breakfast, very good coffee, very quiet (the room was not facing the main street)

Cons: The cooler is very small, in which 2 waters and a juice are placed. There is no price, so you are tempted to consume them as if they were a gift from the hotel, but they are paid at the end of the stay.
