Alma Hotel

It was such an enjoyable experience & I would definitely recommend the Alma hotel to family & friends👍🏻😀

Pros: It was very clean & comfortable. I liked the breakfast’s too. I found the every one of the staff very friendly, professional, polite & they couldn’t do enough for you.

Overall, it was a nice experience!

Pros: The hotel room was clean and super tidy and all the staff members were welcoming, helpful and kind. Apart from this the location is perfect, everything you need to see in Palermo is close.

Cons: The variety of the breakfast options weren’t as great.

Pros: Very cute and super clean rooms and friendly personable service from the staff at all times. We were upgraded upon check in to a larger room which also enhanced the stay.

Cons: Breakfast items could include healthier and more vegan and vegetarian items. Breakfast area feels cramped when full, but people left quickly enough. Natural Daylight in the room wasn't the best and would make a huge difference in the day and not having to use the lamps. Could hear hallway noise every time someone went past, but it wasn't anything too disruptive.

Pros: Plentiful and delicious breakfast, impeccably clean room and exceptionally courteous of the staff

Cons: A soft background sound from the road without disturbing the comfort

Great stay in Palermo!

Pros: We stayed at the Alma Hotel for a week, and it really exceeded our expectations. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and both the room and the hotel were spotlessly clean. There is an elevator that works a bit slowly, but it was totally fine. For younger or more active guests, the stairs are a good alternative. I was traveling with my family, and since my mom couldn’t use the stairs, the elevator was perfect for her. Breakfast was also good, with plenty of sweet options. We had expected some vegetables, which weren’t available, but we were perfectly happy with what was offered. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were always kept very clean. Our room was on the 6th floor, facing the street, but we barely heard any outside noise. The location is excellent too, just a few minutes’ walk from the city center. Overall, we would definitely love to come back when visiting Palermo again!

Perfect for a Palermo Stopover

Pros: Really friendly staff and the location was excellent. We organised an airport transfer and everything worked really smoothly.

Cons: The coffee at breakfast could have been nicer, but the breakfast itself was lovely.

Pros: All of the staff were very friendly from reception to the cleaners they looked and sounded like a close team. All were very helpful with advice and directions. Breakfast was buffet style and very good quality. Room was very comfortable and clean, bed were super comfy, 4 nights perfect sleep. Location was perfect within walking didtance of main sights. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Palermo.

Cons: Nothing. For our budget it was perfect.

Cons: The window provides poor noise insulation, allowing street noise to be clearly heard indoors.
