It's all about the staff, and the two ladies that helped, were amazing

Pros: The staff was professional and went above and beyond to helpful. Big smiles are always welcome. Especially after a long day of travelling

Cons: Parking wasn't on-site, but of you leave your bags with reception, it's a pleasant 3 minute walk

The first night was bad, then it got much better.

Pros: The location of the property is excellent. The room we stayed in on the first night was quite bad. In the morning, Gabriella greeted us, changed our room, and this time it was perfect, and we were very pleased. Gabriella was the best part. Friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. I highly recommend it.

Great location , lovely staff.

Pros: Great location in central Palermo. Good instructions to access the accommodation because of a very delayed flight/arrival. The staff were extremely nice and helpful , the map left in the room with directions to main attractions was great. Very clean and adequately comfortable rooms

Cons: Nothing really , it's not boutique but neither does it pretend to be.
