The front desk staff made our stay comfortable and we enjoyed all the trips suggested.

Pros: The location, facilities and especially the front desk staff were incredibly helpful. We dealt a lot with Luciano who ensured as a family with both young and old members, we received full support.

Welcoming

Pros: Pleasant welcome Good breakfast & welcoming staff Lovely tiled hallway!

Cons: Initially off-putting to enter arcade next to Reception to find lift to room tho staff showed way. Got used to it. Good security upstairs.

Pros: The hotel location is very close to the hustle och busel, yet it is located in a calm area. The rooms were very clean, recomend adding a water cattle in the room. The breakfast was great. The scrambled eggs could be better, though. Good variety of cakes. Staff were very helpful and gave great advice regarding the bus lines. We stayed for 3 days and shall book it again vid our next visit to Palmero. Great value for money.
