Pros: It was very close to the centre and at the same time very quiet. The airconditioning worked very well.
Cons: The stairs are really steep, so it is definitely not for people with lower mobility. This should be made clear. The apartment was a bit smaller, but for a shorter stay it was ok.

Pros: A very nice and clean apartment with a comfy bed and sofa. Excelent location. I stayed here for a longer time and was satisfied. Host is kind and responsive. 2 balconies.
Cons: Nothing important to complain about. The flat is on 3rd floor and narrow staircase so it can be a problem for someone, but not for me.

Pros: The location was great, right at the city center. The apartment was comfortable, with all that you may need :) The bed was extremely comfortable and there were many towels. Overall a great stay. Would recommend :)

All recommendations to stay there overall.
Pros: Location was quite good as its several minutes from cathedral and several minutes from main streed. Clean and cozy apartment for couples.There are several markets, coffe shops and restaurants if you are tires to go a bit further even tho its up to 10 min walk to city centre.
Cons: There is one thing only and that flat is at top of that building and stairs are really small and thats not making it easy to walk up there everyday as ig you have a bit more staff it can become challenging

Adekwatna jakość do ceny, bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Świetna opcja dla dwóch osób.
Pros: Mieszkanie znajduje się w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji. 5 minut pieszo do Katedry, 8 do Teatro Massimo. W bliskim otoczeniu dobrych restauracji. Mieszkanie było czyste, można było znaleźć w nim wszystko co potrzebne jest na krótki wyjazd, łączcie z kosmetykami.
Cons: Wejście do budynku nie jest najładniejsze, obok drzwi mieszkańcy układają śmieci, przez co jest mało przyjemnie. Klatka schodowa jest wąska, a schody wysokie, więc wejście z walizka nie jest proste. Polecałabym mieszkanie raczej dla 2 osób, nie 3 czy 4, ponieważ kanapa w salonie nie jest zbyt wygodna, a drzwi harmonijkowe między sypialnią a salonem bardzo skrzypią. Łazienka znajduje się w sypialni, więc jeśli planujecie wyjazd w dwie pary będzie to najbardziej komfortowe. Ja wyjeżdżałam z rodzicami, więc zostawialiśmy drzwi otwarte na noc, aby nie budzić się wzajemnie, gdy ktoś chciał skorzystać z łazienki.

Pros: Centrale a due passi dal teatro massimo , sotto casa C'è un mercatino con un chiosco per fare un'ottima colazione, l'appartamento ha tutto l'occorrente che pretende servire, asciugacapelli, lavatrice, ferro da stiro, cucina.
Cons: Le scale , l'ingresso non è detto migliori ma un po' di esercizi non guasta , in compenso l'appartamento è molto carino e comodo.

Pros: Sve je bilo odlično. Lokacija je super u centru Palerma, smještaj je udoban, ima sve što je potrebno i ono najvažnije sve je uredno i čisto. Sve pohvale za Alessandra i Mariu koji su tu za sve što vam treba ( obavezno ih kontaktirate za izlet brodom) i osjećale smo se ugodno kao kod kuće. Preporučila bih svima.

Pros: Séjour parfait pour notre premier voyage en Sicile. L'appartement est très propre et fonctionnel et l'emplacement proche du centre ville ou tout est accessible à pied ! Très bonne communication et réactivité de la part du propriétaire avant et pendant le séjour.
Cons: Les marches pour accéder au logement sinon le reste était parfait 👍
