Fun budget stay close to the heart of Palermo

Pros: Location was perfect and the property exactly as advertised.

Cons: The bed was harder than we would have liked

Pros: Big room, very clean, they are so generous with the water/little morning snacks, towels, and commodities. It was very sweet. They also have a common room with a microwave and some tableware - super useful. I really liked my stay. It was for 1 night. I knew the neighborhood and it was my fav as it is close to everything in the center. Was a woman traveling alone and felt safe. It was calm and luminous. I would say it's best to contact via phone/messages rather than messaging on booking once you arrive.

The most welcoming place to stay in Palermo.

Pros: Great location, fabulous terrace with cactuses, just beautiful. Giuseppe, thank you ever so much for the amazing time, free coffee, cakes, milk, every day filling the fridge with all the essences. Thank you for clear guidance to find the correct bus stop to the Airport. Will come back soon.

Cons: Nothing I can think of.

Pros: The place is really well located. We loved the area and accessibility to the main attractions. The room was comfortable and Giuseppe very kind and friendly. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: It's a bit of an old building so there are some perks coming with that, with the bathroom having all kind of sounds. Nothing major, but if sharing room and not a deep sleeper, may wake you up.

Pros: Great location, very close to the main sightseeing places, cafes & restaurants. The staff is very friendly, accomodating and has great recomendations.

Lovely visit

Pros: The hotel is great value for money - its clean and tidy and the staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful . The location is ideal for central Palermo

Pros: We had a wonderful stay in this lovely hotel. The location is excellent, the place is spotless and the bed was super comfortable. However the best thing about the hotel is the exceptional host. Giuseppe went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. He was so charming, friendly and kind. Little touches like the free breakfast items and bottled water placed in the fridge in the room daily were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend this hotel and will return if we are in Palermo again.

Does not have all the modern conveniences you get from an Accor hotel, but a lot cheaper

Pros: Very friendly and helpful. Older style hotel accessed through carriage doors and via a lift straight out of the Harry Lime film (wonderful!). Hotel is set of rooms towards the top of building. It is what it is, and good value for money. Smack bang in the middle of Palermo

Very good, clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Pros: Great location for getting around Palermo. Excellent value for money with considerate details like a fridge of breakfast foods and great care taken by the host to welcome us. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and the facilities were perfect for our one night - could have stayed longer very comfortably. The room was large and it was nice to have a balcony.
