A lovely time

Pros: On first arrival, we were greeted by receptionist Fredrica, who was very happy and very willing to advise and recommend. Lovely lady 😃 Our stay was to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and easily accessible. Good lounge area to relax, in the foyer area. All staff, front of house, breakfast staff (Marco and team), a good choice of breakfast foods very relaxed. Housekeeping team all work very hard to give the finished product ✅️ . The hotel is very centrally located, an easy walk (5 mins ) to the main square at which are restaurants, bars, and bus stops to many places. We had a most wonderful stay and birthday celebrations thank you, Hotel Cavalieri. We would certainly recommend.

Cons: Just a shame that the bar was not open as we were out of season. It would have been nice to sit and enjoy a glass of something on return to the hotel after a day out! 🥂

Pros: Reception girls very friendly and helpful, giving us information and booking taxis etc, always with a smile. Breakfast area and the food was lovely. Very good location, wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

Cons: Shame the bar area was closed, we would have enjoyed that but there were plenty of other bars very near by.

Brilliantly located hotel with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff.

Pros: The property is in an excellent location. It was in walking distance of central Palermo. The hotel is simple, but the staff were exceptionally helpful and kind, particularly Allesandra and Frederica who went above and beyond making our stay enjoyable. They were brilliant at giving us advice on where to go and helped organise lots for us.

Cons: The beds were quite hard.
