Excellent hotel to stay in Palermo

Pros: The hotel is in an excellent location in the heart of Palermo. Everything is within walking distance. The room is comfortable, the view is incredible, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful.

Pros: The staff was kind and welcoming, especially the people working in the reception. Great location.

Cons: The entrance to the hotel is via stairs, and there are quite a few of them. I would recommend a more varied breakfast and larger tables in the breakfast room.

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Old Town. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was a good size and very comfortable. Despite it being so central, it was surprisingly quiet due to the great shutters to block out noise.

Classic hotel well situated in busy pedestrian area

Pros: Good hotel, conveniently situated opposite the theatre. Great sound proofing but you can feel amongst the throng if you open your french windows. Bed slightly hard for me but that's a personal thing. Very professional staff.

Pros: Lovely big rooms with very comfortable bed. Breakfast delivered to room at your desired time and ample amount of food to set you up for the day. Reception staff were lovely

Palermo on your doorstep, Sicilian style in abundance!

Pros: Fantastic location. Faded grandeur with great staff and service. Room was very clean with good mini bar and room snacks (additional charge). Loved breakfast being served to the room! View of the Teatro Massimo obscured by luscious trees in the Piazza Verdi but we knew it was there!

Cons: Nothing major to dislike. Would have loved a coffee machine in the room, however coffee could be ordered to the room or just simply step outside to the numerous cafes and bars.
