Pros: Very nice staff...the hotel location is excellent...delicious coffee with regular or plant-based milk

Cons: We had to change rooms due to mold on the bathroom ceiling... the pillows had been through a lot and it was time to replace them... the breakfasts were not very varied

Pros: Central location which meant I could walk to most attractions. Staff on arrival were wonderful and gave me a map, marked with suggestions and directions for my visit.

Pros: Everything at the hotel was perfect — from the initial communication before our arrival all the way to our departure. The room was lovely, with a balcony overlooking a charming side street. The hotel staff were exceptionally kind. We received great recommendations on where to go and where to eat. Breakfast was perfect. We will definitely be coming back.

Pros: The location was perfect. Walkable distance to most sites and places we wanted to visit. Great location for the main busy street with restaurants, cafes and shops. The room was decent size and not too much noise from the street below. Balcony was a bonus although we didn't really use it. The breakfast was superb. Top quality coffee and pastries, fruit and fresh eggs done to order. Couldn't fault it. Staff were really lovely.

Cons: The twin beds were a little too small but we made do. If you are on the tall/larger side I would book a double bed each if sharing with a non partner.

Fabulous stay at Hotel Posta

Pros: Location really good. In the centre , size of the room was good and clean. friendliness of all staff was nice and they were helpful. Lovey quirky hotel. Would highly recommend. Breakfast was lovely, all the pastries, fruits, yoghurts, juices, tea and coffee, eggs, ham, cheese, bread rolls.

Cons: We kept having issues with our front door. The lock was a bit of a nightmare to lock and unlock. Took several attempts until we got the back of it. Staff did assist though.

Centrally located hotel with excellent service

Pros: The hotel is well located, with numerous restaurants and cafés reachable within just a few minutes. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering cheese, ham and salami, yogurt, fruit, and typical Sicilian pastries. Fried or scrambled eggs were available on request. It was possible to order more food at any time. The service and the reception staff were very friendly and attentive.

Pros: Lovely little hotel located in central Palermo. Thank you to the staff at reception who were very attentive and friendly. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our room was basic but clean, with a new Smart TV and a fridge which was appreciated. We were able to leave our bags at the hotel after checkout to explore the city.

Cons: We were on level 1 and being an older hotel, there was a bit of noise from the corridor/neighbours and the reception downstairs. Maybe bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.

Perfect

Pros: A fantastic hotel in the perfect location...close to Historical centre, as well as the buzzing area behind the San Domenico Church....lots of lovely bars and the excellent Don Ciccio trattoria. Very friendly and well informed reception and an excellent breakfast served by wonderfully attentive staff. The room was big, airy and light, with all accessories that you'd hope for. Thank you.
