Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful, simple but clean room, lovely breakfast, hotel right in the centre of the town ,you can reach everything by foot, can be very noisy at the weekend, would highly recommend and would stay again

Ideal hotel if you wish to stay in central Palermo.

Pros: The hotel is located in the centre of Palermo as it was located on one of the main roads in the city centre. We booked in at short notice as our property became unavailable. It's a traditional property. The host was friendly and the room was clean. Everything in working order. Some noise from the street outside but nothing too distracting. No complaints.

Cons: No concerns. The reception is accessed by steps only so those with mobility issues may find it problematic.

Pros: A Hotel in the heart of Palermo with simple but sufficient rooms. The hotel’s operator (owner?) is a very nice and hard-working woman who is always there to help (you need to speak Italian).

Pros: Location is fabulous. This is my 5th stay at Albergo verdi. It's right beside Theatro Massimo in the historic centre. You couldn't get a better Location.

Cons: There is no lift. Quite a lot of stairs.

A great location near lots of places to eat and shop

Pros: Second stay here this time stored my luggage as it is 2 long flights of stairs to carry bags down they do have a system of hoists to take bags up.

Beautiful place to be

Pros: You can't find a better location in Palermo. The view over the Teatro Massimo is breathtaking and I don't think could be matched. You have everything you need within walking distance, even a small bistro with great coffee that opens at 7am for early risers. Even if the street is incredibly animated at night, closing the windows will shut all the noise out. The room was decorated with good taste and antique furniture.

Cons: The front door closes at night (not sure about times), and we had to wake up the lady to get it. Felt a bit uncomfortable, a key / fob would help.
