A nice stay in a beautiful city, but the lack of service was a disappointment.

Pros: The absolutely perfect location! Plenty of restaurants snd bars and everything you want to see is within a walking distance.

Cons: House keeping was lousy, we stayed for a week, housekeeping came twice! We had a studeo and the kitchen is never cleaned. We were not told beforehand that cleaning was so minimal. There was nothing in the kitchen to clean with, no towels, no sponges, no soap !

Pros: Excellent location for the main attractions and also good value, bearing this in mind. The hotel was nearly full when we booked but we were still offered an upgrade on arrival

Pros: The accommodation was clean, the breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for exploring the city.

Cons: The big drawback was that for the studio apartment, there was no kettle in the kitchen, which would be quite basic.

Pros: Good location, bus stop 3' away and only a few stops to all main sites Spacious room, we had a three bed room, with VERY comfortable beds They also kept our luggage until we could check in so that we could go to the food market which was a big plus

Cons: Breakfast was ok but was missing a lot of things When we entered the room there was a wall light literally hanging by its cables but they fixed it the next day
