Wonderful courtyard old town hotel

Pros: So perfectly located, and a really wonderful hotel. There's a lift to the rooms so it's good for suitcases and those with limited mobility. Clean and comfortable rooms, and really great restaurant. All set around a beautiful courtyard.

Cons: The aircon is my room wasn't adjustable and a bit too cold for my liking so I had to turn it off at the plug. And one of the blinds was a bit broken. But neither were enough to detract from my enjoyment of the stay. Everything else was fantastic!

Perfect location, gorgeous courtyard hotel

Pros: The location, the restaurant, the ambience, the room cleanliness and facilities.

Cons: The blind was broken in my room (I managed to wedge it) and the aircon didn't seem to have controls. It was cold so I climbed on the desk to turn it off manually (remote control didn't work). I didn't feel the need to tell the staff as I fixed l the issues myself.

Charming and Comfortable Old Palazzo feel in the heart of the Old Town

Pros: The property is centrally located in the old town and gives easy access on foot to all the old town sights. The staff are friendly. The inner courtyard restaurant, which can be accessed by lift or a beautiful flight of old palazzo steps, is a charming space and serves a lovely breakfast. I had hoped to use the bar located in the inner courtyard but it never seemed to be open. The rooms are stylish and well equipped.

Cons: The fluorescent lighting in the foyer and corridors is not in keeping with the old palazzo charm of the property. The bar could be open during the afternoons to allow residents a short pit-stop when they wish to take a break in the day. The cost of the room was higher than usual for the hotel. It seems to be better priced at other times.

Pros: Reception staff (Francisco), made us very welcome and provided lots of information and a 24 hour service

Cons: 10am checkout is too early

Excellent hotel

Pros: Hotel was very central for seeing all the sights Palermo had to offer and was easy walking everywhere.

Pros: The photos don't do it justice. Our room was extremely generous. Staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating when we booked treatments at the spa last minute.

Pros: It was right at the centre of Palermo. Good instructions from the hotel to inform about bringing the car in. Valet drop and pick up of the car was very good service. Good breakfast.

Cons: The blinds were faulty and the staff did attend to it. The room was bit small, however I don't know whether that's the norm for Palermo

Romantic stay in Palermo

Pros: Elegant hotel, very well situated. Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. We loved the spa.

Cons: We liked everything.
