Battisti 18 Vintage Rooms

Brilliant stay in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Letizia was a lovely host who gave us lots of good information about the town

Perfect stay

Pros: We had a really nice stay! The owner is super kind and helpful 😊 The bathroom is super nicely renovated and you have everything you would need available. The location is perfect, easy access to the airport/bus and train station and right next to Balaró market which is a big plus for me. Plus the windows are well sound isolated if you want to sleep quietly.

Nice conditions, excellent guest, close to the train station and Quattro Canti.

Pros: The big spacious room! The suggestions for places to see/ to eat.

Cons: No air conditioning in the bathroom and it was a little hot.

Cute, clean and comfortably blown away by the room and our host.

Pros: The room/place? CUTE. The location? Great for day trips out of Palermo but also for walks into city centre! The hospitality? Unmatched! We got SO MANY tips on what to eat I reaaaaally wanted to gatekeep. This is what Airbnb wanted to be and started off like, we used to stay at a nearby hotel but definitely would choose here in the future. Although breakfast is not included, but also you should get out there an experience Italian/Sicilian breakfast (!), our host Letizia made sure that there were little snacks and water available in the fridge for us for the duration of our stay.

Well located and super clean apartment next to the Ballarò market!

Pros: Great location next to Ballarò market and the bus station, but well isolated from noise. We stayed in the big room, it was very clean and comfortable. Also nice suggestions from the hosts on food and what to visit :)

Cons: Our private bathroom is separated by a common hallway (there is also another room) but we barely saw the other customers, plus we got the keys so it was perfectly fine for us.

Pros: The hotel was near Centre of City and also All area and room place were so clean

The host was exceptional and the apartment was fabulous

Pros: Our host Letizia was exceptionally warm and welcoming. We felt immediately at home in her beautiful apartment. She has separate living quarters on the same floor, so was on hand should we have needed anything. She gave us recommendations for places to eat, of which we tried two and were not disappointed. Nothing was too much bother for her, she offered us beach towels, should we have wished to visit the beach and when I asked if she had an iron she offered both an iron and a steamer as options. The room, bathroom and communal area were exceptionally clean. The communal area housed snacks, water and coffee with coffee machine and were all provided free of charge. Letizia was the perfect host and we couldn't rate her apartment and welcome highly enough.

Cons: We loved everything.

A boutique hotel that feels like a home from home, the perfect host and in the heart of Palermo

Pros: Exceeded all expectations. In the heart of the city, it feels like a home from home. The warmest and friendliest host that ensured you were looked after and with all the hidden tips to experience Palermo like a true local. Spotless and comfy bedroom, exquisite private bathroom, and a stones throw from incredible restaurants. A gem of a boutique hotel!

Cons: Everything was perfect

Excellent.

Pros: Everything was great, location, the hostess is very kind, accommodating, we felt like home. It was raining and she even gave us an umbrella. Everything was top notch.

Pros: Beautiful old building (bonus that there is an old fashioned lift), great location near Ballaro Market and other things, Letizia was extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel very at home, and everything was so clean and wonderful. Bathroom excellent amd beautiful, although separate from the room.

Cons: Nothing, everything was great.
