Pros: Location. Comfortable bed. Responsive and friendly staff

Cons: Online check in that could have been done in advance not keeping us standing on the threshold for 45 minutes. No bathrobes. Two days before we got soap in bathroom. Also a desk and two chairs to work at would be nice.

Udany pobyt

Pros: Trochę ciężki proces zameldowania, ale z pomocą obsługi do ogarnięcia. Łóżko bardzo wygodne, kanapa mniej - byliśmy w 4 osoby. Pokój czysty i przestronny, z lodówką. Trochę głośno - słychać co dzieje się na korytarzu i we wspólnej kuchni. Ogólnie polecam na krótki pobyt w Palermo, bardzo dobra lokalizacja, obok Lidl.

Cons: Niedziałająca suszarka do włosów - byłam przygotowana, że jest w pokoju i nie wzięłam swojej, co skończyło się, chodzeniem z mokrą głową - ten aspekt do wymiany :)

Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserer Entscheidung!

Pros: Wir konnten uns kleinere Mahlzeiten zubereiten und hatten überraschender Weise WLAN. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und die Lage optimal.

Cons: Wir hatten bei der Ankunft keinerlei Informationen, wie der Check-In ablaufen wird , hatten aber Glück, dass uns andere Gäste behilflich waren. Anschließend ging alles ohne Probleme.

Increíble experiencia y atención

Pros: La comodidad de las habitaciones fue destacable, con una cama muy confortable y todo impecablemente limpio. La ubicación es inmejorable; céntrica y perfectamente conectada, pero a la vez muy tranquila para un buen descanso. Además, el personal fue sumamente amable y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún más placentera.

Cons: Sinceramente, todo fue excelente y superó nuestras expectativas. Tuvimos un pequeño percance que el dueño lo soluciono rapidísimamente. Un 10 por su parte, pero fue un detalle menor que no afectó para nada la experiencia general.
