Daria's home apartment rooms

Pros: It's very central, close to all the main attractions in Palermo, and to the train station for exploring more of the island. The owners are lovely people, very quick to answer and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, they helped me check in. The apartment is clean, fresh towls are provided, and toiletries. Also, it's quite affordable compared to other places. Highly recommend it!

I was happy with the appartment, great value for the price.

Pros: Great location, easy communication with the host. I’ve arrived late, a could immediately contact the host who helped me.

Great

Pros: Everything was fine, clean and new, the location close to key points of the city, host communicative and available all the time

Cons: The neighborhood is a little weird like most of Palermo, but it was safe during our stay.

If I visit Palermo again I will definitely stay again.

Pros: The rooms are very newly renovated and the location is convenient, within walking distance of the central station, a very lively market, many churches and the Massimo Theatre.

Cons: I needed some tips to open the lock, but I called the owner and it was resolved quickly.

Nice, clean and very conveniently located facility. Definite come-back option! :)

Pros: Convenient location - to the Palermo Centrale train / bus station. local urban transport and most of Palermo attractions. Nice, clean room and furnishing. Good owner contact.

Had a great stay, would recomend to anyone

Pros: The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Palermo's central train station. You can arrive at any time as the keys are located in a locker in front of the door. The sea is within a 20-minute walk, and most of the attractions are also within walking distance. We had excellent communication with the apartment owner via WhatsApp. The apartment was modern and clean, with a particularly spacious shower being a great feature.

Cons: The apartment has poor soundproofing, so it can sometimes get loud. You can especially hear people in the hallway, and the sound of heavy doors closing can be quite loud. Occasionally, you can hear chatter from the other rooms, but it's not loud enough to be overly annoying. The fridge, located next to the bed, is particularly noisy and can be distracting when trying to fall asleep.

Pros: Easy to walk everywhere from this location; well appointed room with everything we needed (including very comfy beds, a fridge and coffee machine, and a balcony); very friendly owners who oriented us with a city map.

Cons: There were two noisy cafes at either entrance to the street that played loud music until late even on weekdays, though it didn't bother us much.

Very good

Pros: Good location, close to the central station and the touristic area

Cons: Upstairs neighbors were quite noisy and hot water failed for a while.

Consigliato
