Pros: Friendly helpful staff, great room - clean, very comfortable, breakfast room /area was lovely Breakfast had good selection. Easy check-in Location is great for public transport and ability to reach siteseeing places - located at quieter end of main road running through sites.

Pros: The apartment was amazing and the location right in the centre of everything. Carlotta and the team made us very welcome and gave us good advice on things to do locally. Will definitely return. We had the queen suite with jacuzzi bath which was the best thing ever after walking around palermo all day

Cons: Nothing to dislike

Pros: Newly decorated rooms, comfortable and tidy (we had two rooms with a bathroom on the top floor). Great location - a few minutes walk to the main attractions (Quattro Canti, Teatro Massimo), or at the end of the liveliest street in the evening. Across the street are the train and bus stations, which is an excellent starting point for exploring the island. Breakfast is basic, but enough for a pleasant start to the day. The staff are friendly and communication before and during the stay was quick and helpful. Nice garden. We recommend this accommodation!

Cons: The view from the balcony is not very nice, but considering the surroundings and location, it was not an eliminating factor.

Great location in Palermo

Pros: Rooms were clean and modern, tv was good, we had a mini fridge. The room and bathroom were big and wasn't too cramped with our suitcases. We got new towels when needed, the staff was really friendly. Location was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The apartments had a specific room freshener smell that was a bit overpowering. There weren't many options for breakfast as there isn't a kitchen, but for a couple of days is ok.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and everything is new. There were shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand lotion good quality. Some welcome drinks, water and tea provided for you for free. The windows go inside the house, so it’s quiet, no noise from the streets. There is no elevator, so just be ready if it’s important for you. Michela is a very nice and friendly hostess. She gave us advices what to see in Palermo, booked a boat trip for us. We told her it’s a birthday we are celebrating and she presented us with a bottle of Prosecco. It was very sweet. Tell the hotel if you need one bed as a couple, because it can be combined with 2 single beds together. For breakfast there was cheese, ham, eggs, yoghurt, croissants, jam. Very cozy yard where you can drink coffee or have some rest.The hotel located close to the central station you can walk from there - very suitable. 7 minutes walk till Quattro Canti square and 25 minutes walk till Fontana Marina.

Pros: Great location, 5 min walk to the train station. Specious room with good batroom and the balkony. Super friendly service. Very good breakfast also. Nice garden space to use.

Calm and spacious room, amazing staff

Pros: The staff is really nice and easy to reach before the check-in. I had to book bus tickets and they helped translate the page for me. They absolutely went the extra mile to make you feel welcome. When I arrived, they offered me refreshments and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and calm. Location is right next to the central station and close to the Kalsa neighbourhood that I personally liked a lot. Would definately stay here again and highly recommend it!

Pros: The accommodation was modern and well equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious. The location is also excellent, close to the city center, the sea and the station.

L’accoglienza è stata semplicemente meravigliosa: ci siamo sentiti coccolati e benvenuti fin dal primo momento. Ogni dettaglio era curato con attenzione e ha reso l’atmosfera ancora più romantica e speciale. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il vero tocco di magia della serata: perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi un momento di puro benessere in coppia. Pulitissima e davvero confortevole. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo anche la colazione in camera offerta: abbondante, deliziosa e comodissima, un risveglio dolce e rilassante che ha concluso al meglio la nostra esperienza. Torneremmo senza dubbio! Super consigliato per chi desidera regalarsi un soggiorno romantico e indimenticabile. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
