Very good option near Train station

Pros: Very helpful and competent owner. Speaks good English. Very good sound and light isolation. Very clean and well kept room. Everything worked as expected. Good base for exploring sicily by train - Central Station within 5-10 mins walking.

Cons: The room was great, but the immediate location was initially a bit disconcerning - small side street, trash scattered. The mattress was on harder side, but otherwise comfortable.

Pros: The accommodation was okay overall. clean and nice, the kitchen was well-equipped. The best part is that it’s very close to the main tourist attraction, which made exploring really convenient. It’s also right next to the Ballarò market, which gives a very local atmosphere and the best breackfast, but it can get a bit noisy at times. The area itself doesn’t feel extremely safe, although we personally never had any issues. The host was very kind and welcoming, and he shared lots of helpful recommendations on how to spend our time in the city. Overall a great experience

Pros: Good sized apartment for two people, clean and tidy. The owner is very nice giving a list suggestions and tips for visiting Palermo. Coffee and tea is included from the little kitchen area. We also got a free upgrade to a bigger room as well which was very kind! Good location walking distance to the center of Palermo, grocery store and the central station.

Cons: Located in a area where it was a bit scary to walk after dark.

Pros: We had an excellent stay at this apartment. The host was outstanding, very friendly, and gave us great tips for exploring the city. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and nicely equipped. The location is perfect — very close to the city center and within walking distance of many interesting attractions and events. We would be happy to stay here again.

Pros: The location is perfect – everything is within walking distance, and the famous Ballarò market is literally right behind the apartment, a must-see spot for anyone visiting Palermo. The place was very comfortable during the summer thanks to the air conditioning. The host was incredibly friendly, always available, making jokes, and greeting me with a smile. His kindness and helpfulness made my trip much more enjoyable and full of good memories.

Cons: It’s not possible to cook a full meal as there is no stove, only a microwave and a kettle. This might be inconvenient for guests who prefer to prepare their own food.

A must stay if you are visiting Palermo - I can’t recommend enough!

Pros: Davide, the host was fantastic! He really made us feel at home and gave some great recommendations for our stay in Palermo. He ensured we always had fresh towels and linen and was available for any questions!

Cons: The location was well placed, right behind Mercato Bellaro. Although was a bit noisey and busy at times.

Pros: Our room was absolutely clear, very comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Everything worked well. There was a kitchen with fridge (there was a fridge in the room too) and a café-machine and a common area with tables and chairs and a balcony. I would especially stress the care Davide put to everything. It was one of the most clear room I have stayed in. All worked well.

Cons: The accommodation is in a small two-stories house near the Ballaro market – during the evenings and in the nights, there was always quite a lot of noise. We could not slept with an window opened as we would like to – the noise was too much. We had to close the window to sleep. With air-condition it was ok. Otherwise, the location is good, close to main railway station and to Maqueda Street, Quattro Canti etc.

Pros: Davide was really kind and helpful. We stayed longer so he offered us cleaning and also changed the towels. The accomodation is close to every momuments by walk, we didn't had to use public transport.
