Pros: The location was excellent. It's in the center of Palermo, close to everything, and just a few minutes from the central station. The room was cozy and clean, with a huge bed. There was a refrigerator so you could chill your drinks and food. There was also air conditioning and blackout curtains. The bathroom had a large shower. Delicious breakfasts. Host is very helpful and communicative. I recommend it. 😊

Pros: Everything is first class The tasteful decoration, the kindness of the owner, his willingness to help in everything, he is a great host,the cleaning of the place is excellent too. The location superb. 3 minutes walking from both bus and train station I had a very elegant room with the best mattress ever In the morning i had a lovely breakfast including sicilian sweets. In the fridge you could find water, juices, salami, yogurts and more in the dining room anytime of the day. There are even dumbells for you to train if you want too. What else could someone want ? I forgot to say that it is such a great value for money. You cannot get any better for your money

Pros: Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno con voi. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione degli autobus e dei treni. L'appartamento è molto spazioso, il letto è grande e comodo e abbiamo dormito benissimo. Avevamo una cucina completamente attrezzata e il padrone di casa ci ha preparato una deliziosa torta ai frutti di bosco: assolutamente deliziosa. Per la festa dell'8 marzo, ci hanno preparato una jacuzzi e una sauna, situate nell'appartamento con accesso a un'ampia terrazza estiva. Il padrone di casa risponde molto rapidamente e risolve ogni problema. Anche quando abbiamo sbattuto accidentalmente la porta della nostra camera, ci hanno subito aiutato ad aprirla online. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto meraviglioso!

Ótima estadia
Pros: A localização é ótima, a uma curta caminhada do centro histórico. Quarto bastante confortável, amplo e silencioso. Giuseppe foi muito solícito e atencioso durante todo o tempo em que estivemos em Palermo e nos levou ao aeroporto de madrugada por um preço justo.

Pros: Obiekt ma super lokalizację, wszędzie mozna dotrzeć pieszo przystanek autobusowy jest pod domem.Do dworca trzy minuty. łóżko było bardzo wygodne, dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Śniadania smaczne. Bardzo sympatyczni gospodarze mieszkający obok. Nie przeszkadzało nam to.
Cons: Brak wcześniejszej informacji o dopłacie 20 eur za końcowe sprzatanie. W listopadzie było zimno w łazience pomimo dogrzewania klimatyzacją z pokoju, podobno od 01/12 miało ruszyć ogrzewanie ale wyjechaliśmy :) Brak świeżego pieczywa na śniadanie.

Piękny apartament blisko stacji z przemiłymi gospodarzami!
Pros: Apartament mieści się przy samym centrum komunikacyjnym Palermo, więc dla osób, które lubią odkrywać codziennie nowe zakamarki miasta i okolic - idealnie. Jazda samochodem po tym mieście to jakiś kosmos :) lepiej korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej i podmiejskiej. Ponadto czyściutki pokój z przewygodnym łóżkiem z prywatną łazienką i małym balkonikiem. Kuchnia i taras są w części wspólnej, ale nam to nie przeszkadzało. Kontakt z przemiłymi gospodarzami był nawet dodatkowym plusem pobytu.
Cons: Generalnie nie możemy na nic narzekać. Dla mnie ewentualnie śniadania mogłyby być bardziej zaopatrzone w świeże pieczywo i warzywa, ale wszędzie jada się inaczej i każdy lubi co innego. Niemniej nikt głodny nie wychodził, więc kwestia przyzwyczajenia.

Schönes modernes Apartment und sehr sauber + komfortabel!
Pros: Wir hatten die letzte Nacht unserer Sizilienreise hier verbracht und mussten leider schon sehr Früh auschecken wegen unserers Rückfluges. Die Lage zum Bahnhof ist daher ideal, da man mit dem Zug relativ zügig am Flughafen von Palermo ist. Ansonsten muss man eben wissen, dass man sich in einer Bahnhofsgegend aufhält, aber Stadtzentrum/Sehenswürdigkeiten sind trotzdem nicht weit und fußläufig gut sowie schnell erreichbar. Die Besitzer, die auch selbst dort wohnen, waren wirklich sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - es wurde trotz früher Abreise Frühstück ermöglicht. Das Apartment ist ausgesprochen (!) sauber und gemütlich, auch das Bett war sehr bequem. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder wählen, da Preis-/Leistung und Freundlichkeit einfach top sind. Tipp: lieber den Code für die Eingangstür merken - mit Schlüssel nicht ganz so leicht zu öffnen.
Cons: Die Endreinigungskosten (15 EUR) wurden in Booking.com bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt - hatten wir erst kurz vor check-in erfahren. War aber trotzdem preislich in Summe voll akzeptabel, da kann man wirklich nicht meckern - wäre nur einfach besser, wenn man es gleich bei der Buchung erfährt und von Anfang an im Reisebudget einplanen kann.
