Best option in Palermo! True gem

Pros: 11 out of 10!!! perfect accommodation - great location (opposite the tran station, super close o the old part o town) - good wifi - private balcony -friendly staff and easy check in - air conditioning - great value for money - little kitchenette and bathroom inside the room -separate communal kitchen

Cons: i really like this accommodation, the staff and the private balcony, however these are some useful information that could be other decide if this is an option for them: - if you have mobility issues, pls keep in mind there is no elevator in the building and the apartments are on the first floor. - if you're on a budget and plan to cool for yourself, keep in mind the kitchenette has no condiments and separate communal kitchen has only salt, soy souse, sunflower oil. No tea, pepper, olive oil or other condiment - if you are a very light sleeper you should know it is close to the main train station and a road, so you might want to close the balcony window during the night.

Cozy room right in the center

Pros: it's so close to the train station so you don't have to carry your bags all around the town. they let us do an early check-in so that's a big + the room is cozy, the bed is comfy, the kitchenette is nicely equipped and everything is clean. you can also borrow stuff you need from the shared kitchen. the location is right on Via Maqueda, the busy pedestrian street full of restaurants and shops, but after midnight it gets quiet. overall we had a great stay.

Cons: smell from the pipes in the bathroom. there was some mold on the outside of the bathroom window.

Pros: The room was comfortable and on the first floor. The host was helpful and also helped us up the stairs with our luggage. The location is perfect near the station and has a super market and can easily walk to historic places. It is very good value with necessaty facilities. . We hope to go back there before we fly to Dublin.

Pros: The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a central location and close to attractions in Palermo. Especially Marco is a very friendly person. He helped us a lot in everything. This is definitely a place we will choose again next time.

Pros: Bell posto per conoscere un po Palermo. Stanza con tutto per rimanere giu. Cuccina piccolina ma utile. Vicino a Stazione centrale, al mercato ballarò. Buona ubicazione.

Pros: Perfekte Lage inmitten der Altstadt mit tollen Blick auf die Fußgängerzone. Schöner kleiner Balkon mit Sonne am Morgen und Aussicht in die belebte Altstadt.

Value for money with great location close to all the attractions.

Pros: The location was good, it's in the same street as most of the tourist attractions. We could walk everywhere, no need for public transport during our stay. We did a day trip by train to Cefalu.

Pros: Struttura ottima, situata in posizione strategica a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus. Perfetta per chi arriva con i. mezzi pubblici e vuole visitare comodamente il centro città, raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti. Ideale per un soggiorno pratico e funzionale.
