Very enjoyable and safe location

Pros: Beautiful room , perfect location, very close to the train station. Beautiful and easy to use communal kitchen always open for use . Very comfy property, if I am back I will definitely choose it again. The owner was very helpful even advising where and what to eat in walking distance in a local pizzeria.

Cons: I would h mi def to have a kettle in the room because I couldn’t just go out in the communal area just in a towel to have a coffee or tea. But not a very big issue . It’s just my personal preference .

Pros: Very good location near the station, all the sights, cafes and restaurants and Lidl. Federica was super helpful assisting us where to eat and she was generally very nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, stately room close to station

Pros: The room was amazing. High ceilings, lovely bathroom. Very spacious and in a great location close to the station. The owner was very helpful and gave me lots of useful information and places to eat and see.

Cons: It was a bit tricky getting in and out of the accomodation with three different keys to get in through three doors. Once I got the hang of it, it was okay and it was good to have a lift to the fourth floor.

Pros: The property is very authentic and the rooms are beautiful.

Cons: It was a very noisy stay. Palermo is a busy city and there were alot of sirens and people shouting all night.

Pros: Cool place, very good location, easy accesible. On the border of limited parking zone, so still possible to park without local permit. Very good comunication, although we booked literally few mins before arrival. Nice old house w elevator. Big rooms, clean, simple style. Little noisy from the bigger street, but ot annoying. Definitely wort recomendation

Pros: The room is in a nice building, it was clean, the mattresses is comfortable. The owner is really friendly and helpful.

Pros: Our room was more than I expected... Great location - only a 2 minute walk to the train station - 4 with luggage... It served my daughter & I perfectly... Federica was amazing to deal with & was more than helpful with providing us information on the local area... Thank you - i would definitely book again

Excellent host and location

Pros: What I liked most about this hotel was the kindness and helpfulness of Federica, an amazing host who explained everything and more. The room was absolutely spotless and comfortable for me and my family. The location is close to all the main tourist attractions. Highly recommended!
