A fantastic 4 night stay in a really superb hotel.

Pros: This is a fabulous hotel, the location is perfect and our balcony room was spotless. All the staff were exceptional, I can't remember all their names but Danilo ( restaurant ), Matteo (bar) and Vincenzo ( reception) were just some who worked so hard to make our stay a memorable one.

Cons: The shower tray was a bit slow emptying, otherwise nothing.

I felt welcomed and had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: The hotel is very nice and”chic”. Great location on Via Vittorio Emanuele. The staff is very efficient and welcoming. Breakfast is very good and served in a spacious hall.

Great location. Friendly team. Lovely room.

Pros: Friendly staff. Quick and efficient check in. Great location. Comfy bed. Clean and modern inside. Good breakfast selection.

Cons: No complaints really. Everything was great except the clear glass door and surround between the bedroom and the bathroom area was hard to see without turning a light on and I walked into it when I got up in the night.

Exceptional stay, great room, couldn't have been better.

Pros: We stayed three nights at the hotel, in room 311, a spacious, quiet, and modern furnished room with twin beds overlooking a courtyard in the hotel building. The premium room had plenty of USB ports. The hotel, which opened in the spring of 2025, is housed in fully restored buildings, beautifully combined, and in a prime location for exploring Palermo on foot, at the beginning of the long, pedestrianized Vittorio Emanuele street. The breakfast was very extensive in a bright area. Thanks to the staff for so accommodating our additional request during booking. We've rarely seen staff walk with us to show us the way to the elevator instead of completing standard sentences behind a counter.

Cons: As suggestion: When logging into Wi-Fi, the hotel provided some information about our stay. A very good system. We suggest expanding this information, for example, about the climate control in the room.

Fabulous staff, wonderful hotel and location.

Pros: Great location for visiting Palermo, very central, beautiful room and breakfast but the best thing about this hotel are the lovely staff, very welcoming and friendly, would highly recommend this hotel.
