Beautiful hotel in walking distance to center, night life and sightseeing places.

Pros: Everything was just perfect. Really enjoyed staying at this lovely hotel.

Cons: We would have liked a breakfast with a bit more variety. No warm servings, no sunny side up eggs…. Also only one small complimentary bottle of water per day and room ( not per person ! ) in a suite looks strange.

Lovely, memorable staff. We will be back.

Pros: Very chic. Great bed, bathtub, shower. Had a kitchen block in the living room. Great air conditioning. Beautiful curtains.

Cons: In this price range having to pay for a capsule of coffee is plain silly.

Pros: I had absalutely fantastic stay at Palazzo Cantari. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I got upgrade to a big suite which made me very happy on my 60th birthday and made my day very special. I give this hotel 11 out of 10. The restaurant was as good as the hotel.

A great location , with very helpful staff and right in the hub of the tourist spots.

Pros: The room was very nice and we enjoyed our separate sitting area after days out exploring the city. The decor was very restful and our room was quiet . Staff were very helpful and lovely.

Cons: As a tea drinker , I would have liked a kettle . i could heat water with the espresso machine but the water doesnt boil and wasn't hot enough . A small quantity of fresh milk would have been welcome too. The shower leaked and as it projects into the bedroom this was problematic . The doors didnt close properly even when we reported it . We could see the hinges needed to be adjusted or replaced . I hope the hotel will address this .

An excellent hotel with great service, quality building and design, spacious comfortable rooms.

Pros: The hotel is stylish, beautifully appointed, the restaurant is very good and staff are flexible, warm and service oriented.

Cons: The rooms are a little over designed with electrical everything. It’s inconvenient to have lights to go on as you pass them, drapes and curtains operated electrically are impractical. The rain shower is too overpowering and the hand shower is not adjustable in its holder. The bath is too big and out of place in the bedroom. However the rooms are aesthetically lovely and spacious.
