Comfortable but bit far walking from places to eat and attractions

Pros: Good size room Breakfast was great along with staff 👌 Bed was very comfortable

Cons: Disappointed that a 4 star hotel doesn’t provide a bottle of water. Every other hotel we have stayed in Italy provided this. Construction is going on across from hotel which can be noisy early morning. Massage wouldn’t recommend was very light oil rub. I’ve had many “relaxing massages” before and not like this. When asked she said have to pay more for firmer pressure.

Handy affordable hotel with that touch of comfort

Pros: Good size room .... beds are super comfy .... enjoyed the rooftop terrace bistro for breakfast ... most of the staff were friendly - particularly housekeeping and hospitality staff .... within walking distance of the old town

Cons: Rooms are a little stuffy - it wasn't hot enough to warrant a/c - asked twice if a fan was possible but never eventuated .... which is a small complaint.

Great hotel in Palermo

Pros: Great hotel close to everything. Clean room and comfy beds. Great little roof-top bar/bistro which is also where breakfast is served. The breakfast has a great selection of food catering to most. All in all this hotel is a fabulous place to stay

Cons: Room was a little stuffy ... it wasn't hot enough to warrant air-con .... a fan would be good addition to the room..... in fairness I haven't asked for one so they could be available

Pros: Great location and wonderful attentive staff and clean hotel

Cons: Breakfast was okay a little more variety would be welcome.

Ask for garden side room

Pros: The room was nice 208 but had to request a change after two nights to the quiet side, having been woken at 6.30 both mornings with street noise. The staff accommodated this for us

Cons: The street noise from 208 Firstly a group waiting outside the hotel at 6.30 am, possibly for transport .then a very very noisy truck.

Clean modern hotel; disappointing breakfasts.

Pros: Clean, modern public areas and rooms. Good location within walking distance of most parts of the old town.

Cons: The breakfasts weren't to my taste. The coffee (from a machine) had very little flavor and the buffet offerings were fewer and of lesser quality than at most hotels in this price range.

A wonderful breakfast on a nice terrace

Pros: A luxurious hotel located in La Calsa, a long-established historical district, with excellent breakfast on the fourth-floor terrace and cocktail happy hours available at sunset.

Cons: A service to guests at the front desk and breakfast area seems to need to be improved.

Pleasurable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. Spa disappointing as to small and not worth 20eur

Pros: Breakfast was very good. Great selections and changed daily. The room was quite small and dark and we had building work opposite our room so quite noisy. We didn’t use spa which is 20 euros each and needed to book.

Cons: My bed was too hard. Noisy building work outside room.

Pros: Excellent location: city center, quiet street. Accurate, pleasant, confortable.
