Great week at prime location in the heart of Palermo

Pros: The flat is absolutely gorgeous with all necessary amenities and more. Really well designed, very clean and prime location.

Cons: Because of its location, it can be noisy at night from the street music and atmosphere. We found very hard to dispose of the rubbish with no clear location for the bins.

An excellent property in an excellent location for exploring Palermo.

Pros: The property and location are excellent. We were particularly grateful for the excellent response from the owner when there was a small problem with the electricity, caused by work in another part of the building.

Cons: The only annoyance was noise from the street into the early hours of the morning. Not a criticism of the property, the problem lies with the behaviour of tourists in the streets outside - and also therefore with the restaurants and bars that stay open late and allow this behaviour.

Great location and comfortable apartment

Pros: Really great location for a Palermo centre break. An oasis of calm in the midst of the hubbub of this vibrant city. Spacious and very well equipped apartment proving a fantastic base for exploring the city. Easy walking access to Palermo Centrale rail for airport transfer and further exploration of the island.

Cons: Noisy because of the all night revelry of Palermo. Would advise earplugs for light sleepers.

Super spacious

Pros: The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed for an extended stay.

Cons: It's located right next to bars and restaurants so noise levels were high until the early hours of the morning, which made it a bit hard to get sleep.

Pros: Fajny duży apartament. Przede wszystkim w super lokalizacji.

Świetne miejsce ;)

Pros: Duże mieszkanie, ładnie i nowocześnie urządzone, nowe oraz dobre sprzęty na wyposażeniu.

Cons: Niewygodne poduszki w sypialni, mało kawy, brak rozwiązań na komary, których w mieszkaniu było dużo.

Städtereise verbunden mit Strandurlaub

Pros: Die Wohnung ist schön groß und direkt in der City gelegen. Es ist alles super praktisch zu Fuß erreichbar, vor allem wenn man am Abend noch etwas unternimmt in der City und dann praktisch ein paar Schritte bis nach Hause hat. Wenn man rausgeht durch den Hof auf die Straße, dann sind dort viele Restaurants und viel los. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung ruhig und ein erholsamer Schlaf ist möglich. Ein Paar Schritte weiter liegt die Via Roma, von dort fahren regelmäßig Busse nach Mondello Beach. Wir sind schon zum 3 Mal in Folge in Palermo und die Wohnung ist definitiv ein Favorit.

Excelente apartamento bem decorado e confortável

Pros: Adoramos o apartamento, muito espaçoso com utensílios domésticos disponibilizados, fogão, forno, geladeira nova, camas confortáveis, chuveiro excelente com vazão boa. Sofá confortável e modular, ar condicionado na sala e no quarto. Varanda bacana. Foi uma excelente escolha! Adorei a decoração minimalista de muito bom gosto com jogo de iluminação mais cênica! A localização é sensacional, na principal rua da cidade, perto da estação do trem e de centenas de restaurantes, aparentemente a região é bastante segura, não tive nenhum problema e não vi nenhuma atividade suspeita.

Cons: Percebemos que a administração do apartamento foi feita por uma empresa que não prestou informações suficiente sobre a acomodação. Apenas as básicas. Nos foi perguntado se tínhamos alguma dúvida, mas quando se chega de viagem cansado e ainda não conhece o local não tem muito o que saber, até o início da adaptação temporária. No local tinha um pequeno manual com poucas informações do apartamento e inclusive indicando que o proprietário ofereceria umas degustações de culinária local o que não foi disponibilizado de fato. Tive que perguntar por mensagem como acessar o wifi. O zelador do edifício me procurou para informar que eu tinha que tomar cuidado com a água que estava caindo da varanda na área comum do prédio, a empresa não me informou que eu tinha que esvaziar o balde toda vez que ela ficasse cheio de água. No banheiro / lavanderia tinha barata, necessita se de uma dedetização no local. Outra sensação de desleixo que tive foi sobre o check out. Não havia nada escrito sobre o horário e como seria feito. A empresa atende de 10h às 19h. Eu precisei sair antes do horário de funcionamento e fiquei sem saber o procedimento a ser executado. Acho que o proprietário do apartamento poderia rever sobre essa empresa de administração, achei bastante amadora pelo potencial do apartamento. Muito amadora inclusive!

Pros: Immobile Super confortevole. Dotato di tutti i confort e con la particolarità del doppio servizio, utilissimo quando si viaggia con la famiglia. Posizione centralissima per poter visitare e godere appieno il soggiorno in città.
