Would recommend to anybody e visiting Castellammare. Best hotel in the town.

Pros: Great location and beautiful view from the restaurant. Comfy beds. Easily the best hotel choice in Castellamare

Cons: Spa was too expensive

Pros: Great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and communication before arrival was excellent, they made everything smooth and easy. The location is fantastic, close to town, yet the hotel itself was peaceful and quiet. There was plenty of parking available. Breakfast was great served by cheerful, smiling staff. Overall, a really enjoyable experience.

Cons: Room, and especially bathroom, were a bit small for 3 guests

Pros: The staff were super helpful, the accommodation clean and perfectly situated about 5/10 mins from the centre of castellammare

Lovely and relaxing

Pros: Lovely small hotel with excellent breakfast. Nice pool (although wouldn’t call it an infinity pool). Close to the old town with all the restaurants. Extremely friendly staff

Cons: Small point but could have had proper cups in the rooms for tea/coffee rather than paper

Super location and brilliant staff

Pros: Great location, nice pool and extremely helpful staff.

Cons: The shower leaked badly when used, some of the furniture and fittings in the room beginning to look a little tired.

Pros: Plenty of breakfast choices Felt safe in the hotel and area Very clean, bright spacious room Location was perfect close to town but no noise Loved the Jacuzzi Good size and depth of pool mostly plenty of sunbeams available throughout the day Comfortable strong loungers Reception staff exceptionally kind and helpful and knowledgable Housekeeping, very thorough and polite Free cakes and left over breakfast pastries given out at the poolside was a lovely touch

Cons: The bathroom was like a pantry, it ws very small. It was difficult to move between toilet, sink, door and shower. If door open couldn't use the toilet, shower or sink. 2 people could not be in there at the same time. makes no sense as the room was huge. Would help if pool umbrella would tilt as most of the afternoon they are pretty much useless as the shade is in the pool, therefore absolutely impossible getting any shade at all at the pool. Side view onto. derelict car park was very unpleasant Pool bar closing at lunch time, not the end of the world but did miss it at times and went out to get bottles of water. No snack available for lunch from pool bar other than packets of crips. You have to go out to get food. Small area next to pool was difficult walking past if someone was fully extended on their lounger.

The views from the hotel were stunning

Pros: I liked how the staff was friendly and very helpful with getting around

Cons: Public transport was hard to find to go to Parlemo city centre

Pros: Fantastic small hotel in an excellent location. The staff were wonderful...friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Only 10 minutes walk to the port area, beautiful pool and the rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Looking forward to going back to Castellammare del Golfo again sometime and won't consider staying elsewhere.

Cons: 10.30 checkout is a little early i feel. We extended ours by 4 hours for a reasonable €25 fee.

Best place we stayed all holiday!

Pros: The rooms are modern and spacious. The bathroom is clean and the shower is large (it also drains properly and the water temperature is good - unlike other places we stayed). Free towels at the pool was great and the parking was secure and plentiful.

Cons: Our only gripe is that the aircon was leaking and dripped water(?) onto the floor. It had actually stained the wall and would spray water when turned on. However, it still worked and kept the room cool. Also the pool is not an infinity pool. It’s lovely but it doesn’t meet the definition of an infinity pool.
