Hotel La Battigia

Pros: Nice hotel, very nice to have breakfast overlooking the sea, direct access to swim in the sea which was shallow enough for my young daughter to stand. Sky tv etc was good.

Cons: The room we were given wasn't the one that was pictured in our booking.. it was smaller and beside reception which we could hear through the wall. We complained and got moved on our second night.. but from the second room we could hear the cleaners a lot, since it was beside their storage room

Fabulous experience at the beachfront

Pros: The location🫶the friendliness of the staff, the room with beach view and the excellent restaurant

Cons: Nothing - I was / we were happy with what we experienced in a very familiar and personalised atmosphere

Pros: The stuff and the kitchen was extraordinary just genius😃

Great place to relax on the beach.

Pros: Right on the beach. Good breakfast and friendly staff. In a quieter part of Sicily so it was quite relaxing.

Cons: 2 weddings and a baptism on the premises in our first 3 days. Had me wondering if it’s a wedding / event venue ( with a hotel attached - as these events took priority over all else )

Pros: the private beach just outside the hotel is amazing

A fantastic gem of a find.

Pros: Superbly situated directly on the beach. A modern, comfortable hotel. They gave us the poolside rooms with superb views across the bay. The open-air and glass-enclosed restaurant overlooks the beach and bay. We ordered some excellent seafood dishes, and the server recommended an excellent local white wine to go with them. My veal steak was generous but underdone. The chef sent out a new portion perfectly cooked.

Cons: Although there was a kettle and tea, there was no coffee available in the room, so you had to go to the bar. The shower cubical was a little small for us normal-sized people.

The sound of the waves washing ashore was very relaxing!.....Excellent

Pros: The staff were friendly, the room with a balcony overlooking the sea was awesome, can't say enough about the food, breakfast, dinner, all was excellent!

Cons: The sea was a bit rough during our stay, and the pool a bit cool, but comes with late October weather!

Nice stay in April

Pros: The location is a little remote and it was not crowded in April, so we had plenty of peace and quiet. I found out that the crew of Ocean's 12 rented the entire hotel when they filmed some scenes in Scopello and they have pictures and autographs on the walls.

Cons: Breakfast was basic, but the menu for lunch and dinner in the restaurant was quite good.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit einzigartiger Lage am Strand

Pros: Lage direkt am Meer mit Liefgestühlen und Schirm. Super Sandstrand. Essen und Frühstück sehr gut, top das Restaurant

Cons: Nichts auszusetzen

Ein ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel direkt am Strand mit ausgezeichnetem Service.

Pros: Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand von Alcamo Marina. Vor dem Hotel befinden sich ausreichend Parkplätze. Es wird ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet geboten, das Personal legt laufend frische Sachen nach. Obwohl bei unserem Aufenthalt schon Nachsaison war, konnten wir am Abend im hoteleigenen Restaurant ein ausgezeichnetes Dinner genießen. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und absolut in Ordnung.

Cons: Aufgrund des fehlenden Lifts mussten wir die Koffern in den ersten Stock schleppen. Es wurde uns aber Hilfe angeboten.
