Pros: Location is great. Room was very comfortable, quite new, nice balcony with side sea view. Bed was really big and comfortable. Hotel is cozy. Tv has streaming platforms, we enjoyed that.

Cons: Breakfast was mostly sweet, we missed other options and vegetables, poor choice. But still quite nice bakery options. Parking is only on street near hotel, not enough space.

It was a perfect spot to stay

Pros: It was in the heart of the town, very easy to walk around. I also loved being able to book the spa for private use with my partner - it was fantastic. The breakfast options were also very good. We were able to secure free parking right outside of the accommodation - we were able to leave our car parked and walk everywhere.

Well worth the money with great staff and in a location where the whole town is readily accessible.

Pros: Exceptional cleanliness ; friendly and attentive staff; a very good breakfast with pleasing variety.

Cons: We regret having to say but the ' rooftop pool ' facility isn't fantastic. It has to be booked in advance for a one hour slot costing €5. It's not a pool you can swim in , more of a big , cold water jacuzzi. No drinks available unless you take them up yourself. The hotel advertising should be much clearer on this facility. Some sites , including Booking.com , would have you think there WAS an actual swimming pool. There isn't.

Just what we expected

Pros: Great breakfast with many savory and sweet options. Room was a little bit tiny but very clean and modern. We were lucky with parking, because we got our car right in front of the hotel. We also had a chance to book the rooftop pool when we arrived (with no fee). Relaxing beginning to our stay. Everything was as described.

Cons: Everything was great.

Pros: Very clean, no problem with parking on the street, very helpfull and nice staff at hotel. Beautifull little town.

Lovely small, modern hotel close to best area of Castellamare del Golfo

Pros: Staff was very helpful and friendly particularly the Romanian receptionist and the girl who does breakfast. Location was close to restaurants and the beautiful harbour. Rooms were modern with large safe and no problems with internet. We did miss having a kettle for tea in the rooms although they offered to make us tea/coffee on request in the breakfast kitchen (for a charge).

Cons: Small observation: 2 rooms were booked on the same credit card but Final invoice/statement breakdown mixed charges from the 2 rooms and was a bit difficult to understand what some of the charges referred to although the final total was correct. Invoice should be separate by room.

Pros: Stuff very helpful and kind, great tasty and freshly baked food, hope to be back again
