Pros: We've had the best time in this hotel. Excellent service, super clean, the staff are kind and professional. Gluten free options for the breakfast are available. AND the highlight of my stay was the full body message by Giovanna, one of the bests I've ever had. I vividly recommend this experience. Can't wait to be back !

Comfortable and convenient stay in Alcamo with friendly staff

Pros: The location is fantastic - it is a 2 min walk from the main square and next door to the fabulous Bar900. There is a relaxed roof terrace at the hotel and the drinks are made well and they really do care about the food in the restaurant on the terrace. The staff make the hotel so welcoming, everyone from the front desk to the staff in the breakfast room to the terrace were all amazing! Thank you for a lovely stay while I attended my friend's wedding

Cons: I booked 2 rooms while I was there and the first room was very spacious, the second room was smaller so my expectations were a different. I guess the hotel was busy which was why that was. For the second room there was a a bit of noise from the other guests on the floor late at night (not the hotels fault). The electrical plugs in the room are different sizes and not near the beds - first time I have experienced this in a hotel.

Pros: Very nice well kept Hotel which is in the central of the town, staff very friendly and helpful 👍, I was provided a lockup garage for my moto which appreciated so much. The only thing I could ask for improving is that since in March was very hot weather the temperature is controlled from a central unit not from the room and couldn't turn it to cool instead of heat, but this is a drop in the ocean WELL DONE HOTEL CENTRALE I will be back.

Perfect location for a short stay

Pros: Location cannot be more central and close to the sights of Alcamo. Free parking in front of hotel. Quiet spacious room. Nice roof terrace.

Cons: Breakfast was OK, but water to boil eggs could have been preheated.

Pros: Chambre très confortable. Restaurant très bien. Personnel au top.

Cons: Se garer n’est pas forcément chose aisée même si l’hôtel dispose de deux places réservées devant l’établissement. Salle du petit-déjeuner accessible uniquement par un escalier de quelques marches.
