Nice place to stay for a couple of days.

Pros: The property was right above the market - great place.

Cons: Has some stairs up to the room so a little difficult if you have mobility issues

Lovely stay in central location

Pros: Central location directly at Ballarò market and all major sites in Palermo easily reachable by foot. Bed is comfortable, room is clean and quite big for a city hotel. Lovely balcony to enjoy a glass of wine/ coffee and enjoy the bustling city. Just as information: there is no staff on site, but Fabio was very responsive and helpful via Whats App. Tourist Tax needs to be paid in cash and must be placed in a mailbox.

Pros: Very easy and convenient self check-in. Room had more space than I expected, good aircon and a coffee machine (a nice bonus) :) Plus everything was spotless, clean and tidy. Excellent location at the very top of the Ballaro street market, which I’m sure will be a highlight of your visit to Palermo. Thanks to Fabio for being so helpful, accommodating and very quick to respond!

Cons: Just note that there is no lift in the building, but this is not unusual for Sicily / Italy in general.

Very pitoresque

Pros: The accommodation is right in the Ballaro market; it is very beautiful, you are in the very proximity of food. It has air conditioning - very helpful.

Cons: Everything was very nice; take into consideration the noise until late in the night.

Cons: Could be a bit loud during the day aa you aer in the middle of the market :) we did not mind, sharing just so you are aware if traveliing with small children

Pros: The room was very clean and the host was incredibly helpful and kind. Great location during the day - everything is close by. I'd just recommend being cautious walking around at night. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent – very kind, helpful, and always available. He gave us great recommendations on where to eat, where to park, and other useful tips that made our visit much easier. When we forgot our suitcase in the apartment, he was quick to assist us. We also asked for an iron, and he made sure it was in the apartment that same evening. Overall, we really appreciated his hospitality and would highly recommend staying here

Perfect palermo spot

Pros: Great location, right beside the market and lovely balcony overlooking little side streets. Room and bathroom were clean and large, with everything we needed. Host was fabulous at sending instructions and recommendations too

Cons: Nothing, all perfect! Only thing is the little side streets around the hotel are a little dark and quiet at night if you are travelling alone, but felt totally safe just a heads up if you are arriving late at night alone
