Beautiful brand new interiors in a very convenient location

Pros: Excellent location, in the hearth of Palermo vibrant Via Maqueda, but at the same time the room was quiet and sounds from the buzy pedestrian street cut out by the thick walls and the new double glazing windows. The room was cozy, a decent size and with a nice shower room. All brand new stylish interiors. The accommodation is located in a beautiful historic building. Very efficient communication with the owner Angelo, who was responding quickly, always polite and helpful over WhatsApp.

Cons: Nothing, all good.

Comfortable room in a great location.

Pros: Great location for exploring Palermo's markets and street life. Make sure to visit the Palazzo Conte Federico. The room was very well equipped and in spotless condition. My wife particularly liked the bathroom.

Cons: Joining instructions were sent by WhatsApp on the morning of arrival. Since I don't spend my life glued to a smartphone, and was on the road all day, this was inconvenient.

Great value, Great Location and really clean.

Pros: It was really well located for all of the main sights and easy to get from the main bus and train station. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Also loved the keyless entry so no worries about taking keys out with you.

Cons: There is building work going on in the building but it did not bother us.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in a very central location, perfect for exploring the city on foot. Communication with the host was excellent – always quick to respond and with helpful recommendations for restaurants and things to do. Everything was spotless and very clean, which made us feel comfortable right away. We also really appreciated the possibility of an early check-in, which made our arrival much easier. Highly recommended!

Pros: The location was perfect, the apartment was very clean, and the hosts were kind and welcoming.

Cons: There was nothing I didn’t like - everything was great.

Pros: Location was excellent. Easy walk with our suitcases from train station and easy walk to all the main sights and markets. We were there over Easter and were so lucky to be able to watch the Good Friday procession from our balcony.

Cons: There could have been better area's to open up luggage. Didn't like the glass screen to the shower from the bedroom as there was no privacy when showering

Great location, great room!

Pros: The location in incredible, the room is big and the bathroom is modern andyhe shower great. Check-in was clear and easy and staff was very responsive and accomodating.

Cons: The one downside was that the rowels weren’t clean but they were very quick to change them.

Pros: The room is beautiful and cozy, it was clean and located close to the sights. We were also allowed to leave our things until the evening on the day of departure from the room, since our plane is only in the evening.
