Beautiful hotel in a quiet and charming location

Pros: Very nice and calm environment, although you're still close to the city center. The breakfast is splendid as well and Giada and her colleagues / family are really welcoming. I would definitely suggest this place above the bigger hotels in Palermo for sure!

Pros: We had a lovely stay, the hotel is in a great position in the old town, Giada is very kind and helpful and you get a good breakfast. The staff are very nice and helpful, the bed is very comfortable, it's an attractive hotel with a lovely roof terrace and an honesty bar.

Excellent base for a visit to Palermo.

Pros: Excellent location in the heart of Palermo. Beautifully appointed and furnished. Also very helpful and friendly customer service team.

Cons: Hardly a criticism but it would have been perfect to have parking on site, but this is almost impossible anywhere in Palermo!

Nice hotel in old town

Pros: It's a beautiful old building renovated with heart to keep the character. The rooms are comfortable. Air condition is working. Free filtered water all the time available. Nice italian breakfast and good coffee. Very helpful and super friendly staff.

Cons: The windows face only the backyard. The spa was not working. The price is quite high for relatively dark rooms.

Pros: It’s a beautiful place to stay. The room is very clean and the beds are comfortable The staff go above and beyond to help you. The cakes are delicious and freshly baked every morning.

A really lovely enjoyable few days with my family in Palermo!

Pros: A lovely, unique accommodation which is very central in the historic quarter of Palermo.

Cons: Rooms are on the small side but what is expected for the building type and age!

Would stay here again in Palermo

Pros: The staff were very helpful and made us very welcome. Breakfast was good and staff very attentive. The location is perfect for visiting historic Palermo. We had a lovely meal in ristorante Santamarina, which played some classic Jazz/blues songs, and is only 5 minutes walk away. Thank you to Giada and all the staff.

Cons: Shower in large spa bath not very user friendly.
