Nice apartment with a great location

Pros: The apartment is a total gem, very nice and cosy, the location cannot be beaten, the main sights just around the corner or some minutes walking. But....

Cons: The check- in was one hour nightmare. I had a contact with the owner Michele. According to our appointment I called her after landing. She asked me to call once again after coming to the address - I did it. But she did not come personally and sent me the video with the codes how to enter the building - I did it, another code to enter the apartment - I did it. But it was not possible to open the heavy wooden door.I had the owner on the line, he was so nervous and I was feeling like an idiot who cannot open the door. I had to wait on the floor again and a young women was coming - but the door stayed closed. She went away - I was waiting again. She appeared and the problem was solved - the door was locked not with a code, but with a key. I was so disappointed, tired and angry, it was already late evening, I am an elderly women travelling alone and I think that at least \

Pros: Very modern and clean accommodation. Host was very helpful and responsive. Check in was very easy. Location is amazing, 5 mins from Ballaro market. Right in the heart of the historic quarter. Easy to walk to all major attractions. Coffee machine in the room.

Pros: Everything about this stay was perfect! The place was spotless, exactly as described, and had all the amenities I needed. The location was convenient and the host gave us great recommendations too nearby. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Pros: Lovely property with a great central location. Hosts were extremely helpful giving lots of advice and information at check in. They also arranged our transport to the airport which was really helpful.

Pros: The staff were really helpful in recommending all that you need to see and try in the city. Clean and new apartment, but a bit noisy early in the mornings.

Pros: Position of the hotel is great - close to the city center, the room is spacious, huge shower, everything was clean

Cons: The shower was leaking into the room when used for a longer period, hotel is in the noisy area (not possible to sleep with open window)

Great location, clean and newly renovated!

Pros: The accommodation was perfect for our stay, around 10 minutes walk from Palermo centrale station. Apartment is newly renovated, spacious room, big bathroom with double shower. We stayed in Maqueda room with a view to Maqueda streed which is noisy but we got a great rest as the windows are sound proof! Would use again!
