Excellent place to spend a few days in the historic centre of Palermo, within easy walking distance of all the sites we

Pros: Fantastic location in the historic centre with only a short walk from the closest taxi drop off point. Small but comfortable room with a private bathroom. The window opens onto a courtyard, so we were able to have plenty of fresh air at night. Our host Beppe was extremely helpful. He arranged a driver to collect us at the airport (cost similar to standard taxi), recommended local restaurants which were excellent and was always available to answer any of our questions.

Best place to stay in central Palermo

Pros: Beppe is a great host and for me it was the best option in central Palermo. There was no need for taxis or public transport. Following Beppe's good information, I took the bus in from the airport and could easily walk from via Roma where I was dropped off, even though I had a big suitcase. Likewise, when I left by bus I could walk to the station. Sadly there was an unforecast downpour. Although it is the very heart of Palermo, very near Quattro Canti, it is in a narrow alley and thus both peaceful and beautiful. Hard to believe but true! There are two rooms. Luckily I was in the one with the beautiful view in the photo. The other one does not have a nice view, although if you end up there, you can still enjoy the view from the kitchen/lounge area.

Well located, comfortable, a great place to stay. Perfect for basing your stay in Palermo.

Pros: The apartment was wonderfully located and convenient. Despite being close to the Via Vito Emmanuele, it was quiet and comfortable. The balcony is great for a glass of wine! I would recommend renting with another couple as you can have a great time together but also enough space to do things apart.

Cons: No complaints at all. Beppe is a wonderful host and very attentive - so no complaints there at all!

Lovely host and a gem of a room in a really great location

Pros: Really well located right next to the Cathedral. Our host was very kind and helpful, and very responsive. The room was small but everything we needed was there, including some fruit and biscuits to go with the tea/coffee provided. It was in a beautifully converted house in a quiet street. Highly recommended!

Cons: Just one thing - there was some construction noise, loud air-con from a neighbouring property overnight, and a relatively small bed, if you're sensitive about night-time noise then this may be an issue.

Great quiet place in the center of the center

Pros: Beppe is the perfect host - informative & available. The shared apartment (2 bedrooms ) is ideally located in Palermo’s most interesting area, yet unbelievably quiet. Everything necessary was provided, including water, juice , fruit & biscotti on arrival. The apartment was impeccably presented and has an established international clientele. Well worth it!

Cons: Some neighbourly noises - but Palermo is a crowded space.

Beppe is really helpful and has very good recommendations!

Pros: This was a great location right in the middle of the old town. Beppe is a wonderful host; friendly, full of suggestions and always willing to help with more. The room is comfortable and very clean, the fridge is stocked for breakfast and you can make coffee too.

Pros: Excellent location! Right in the centre, but because it’s on a side street it’s very quiet. Beppe was an amazing host, very welcoming and friendly, and happy to provide suggestions for places to visit and eat. I will definitely stay again!
